<p>This blog post is the introduction of the <em>Jerry Banfield Show</em> to a live audience in <em>St Petersburg, Florida, USA.</em> How is the first show born? What is it about?</p>

<p>I have the pleasure of introducing, <em>"Jerry Banfield."</em></p>
<p><strong>Jerry:</strong></p>
<p>Thank you all for coming today.</p>
<p>This is amazing that it's actually happening.</p>

<p>I'm really seeing this because a month ago, this was just an idea in my mind, there was nothing anywhere in the world to give me any indication that this was even possible, except other people have done things like this before, so I probably can too.</p>

<p>And we're here today to help you up, remember, and know that anything you want in your life is possible. If you'll make a clear vision of it and ask for help.</p>
<p>I tried to do this show last year. A couple of you maybe got <em>Kickstarter</em> links sent via text message, and nobody came to the first show and that's what I was most afraid of.</p>
<p>I was most afraid to show up here and not see anybody here. And it's just, I'm so grateful that this room is full, and all of your love and support, it's miraculous.</p>
<p>I've been thinking about, <em>"What can I do to make this worth your time?"</em></p>
<p>What can I do so that when you leave here, you feel better, you feel full of hope and inspiration, and when you go home or when you go to work or the gym, wherever you go, you've got that to give to somebody else?</p>
<p>We all can lift each other up that way.</p>
<p>You've got a little more patience, a little more, love, a little more tolerance, and you lift the people around you up. And those people lift each other just a little bit.</p>
<p>And when we do that, we can lift our whole community, our whole city, our whole state, our whole nation, our whole world, maybe even our whole galaxy and universe.</p>

<p>The purpose of this show today is to lift.</p>
<p>Who has looked around at the world and seen a few things lately that could use some improvement?</p>
<p>Anyone see some things that are kind of outrageous, like how can this go on in the world we live in?</p>
<p>What I see I can do about it is lifting the people up around me, focus on my inner work, take good care of myself and think every day, <em>"God, how can I be of service to the people around me?"</em></p>
<p>That's why I've started this show.</p>
<p>I've been feeling this calling inside that I've gotten to get out and be with people in person. I looked at that and I'm like, <em>"Well, that's inconvenient because I know how to do online really well."</em></p>
<p>I've been obsessed with online for <em>20</em> years from video games to my business. I know how to do <em>Zoom</em> calls. I know how to get people to pay me lots of money online.</p>
<p>With this, I had no idea how to do this, and in just about <em>35</em> days, this has become reality when I had no idea how to do this before.</p>
<p>You can do whatever it is you want to do and you'll ask for help to get happened.</p>
<p>Does that make sense?</p>
<p>Do you guys have some ideas and things you want to do that today?</p>
<p>You feel like, <em>"I don't know if I can do that. I don't know. I can't even see how that'd be possible."</em></p>
<p>The purpose of this show is to make it easier for you. How many of you would like to be up here or already are signed up to be up here?</p>
<p>All right. Good. That's four, five. <em>Lono</em> is your hand up too?</p>
<p>Maybe?</p>
<p>How many of you may be, would like to be up someday, but maybe not like anytime soon?</p>
<p><em>Lana</em> and <em>Lauren</em> are. How many of you never want to be up here ever?</p>
<p>That's good. That's good because we all have different gifts to give each other.</p>
<p>This is my gift and I've known it for a long time, and it's taken me a long time to clear everything else out and say, <em>"I'm going to focus on giving my gift. I can get up in front of people and speak."</em></p>

<p>People ask, <em>"Are you nervous?"</em></p>
<p>I'm like, <em>"I'm energized."</em></p>
<p>This lifts me off the ground like I feel excited, like I'm going to do something worthwhile.</p>
<p>This show is about making it easier for each of you who raised your hand…</p>
<p>Welcome <em>Jen.</em> So glad you could come.</p>
<p>This show's about making it easier for everyone of you who wants to be up here to be up here.</p>
<p>I realized when I looked around at doing this, that it's intimidating. If you've never done an event like this, which I haven't, it's intimidating.</p>
<p>I was not able to do this without dropping everything else I was doing, and just say, <em>"I'm going to clear out the rest of my life."</em></p>
