The fact that I am above ground and breathing,
Reminds me that I am here.

To be here is to be believe that things are going fine.
There is no need to fret or complain,
Because we have limited time.

Knowing full well that behind the clouds up there,
The sun also shines, the stars are moving,
And birdsong fills the air.

If tempted to roll about in anguish and fright,
Remember that the world is fine,
As are all of us within.

The world without reflects the world within
We can affect that world of fear
By making changes in here.

Take things as you find them; take them then astride.
Life is really what you make it, so
Just enjoy the ride.
