I spent a great deal of my life waking up thinking
 I was an illustration from “Dante’s Dream”. 
I’d wake up, wondering about the 
"fragments of dreams scattered about my pillow." 

How on Earth did I sleep through the disintegration of our world? 
How could anyone have dreamt through that? 


Yet Here I am. 
Here you are my friends. 
We now live in a world where we are not allowed to make
Decisions for ourselves, with Doctors and Politicians,

(Ever Notice how there seems to be a new pandemic every time we have an election?)

Computer Programmers and Phone techs alike,
Prompting and prodding us to do this, do that,
**“Don't forget the appointment you made tomorrow”**
***(of course I won't forget it, I made it you bloody bot)***
Sure, I often need reminding; that is why  I set up reminders.
I do not need you nor anyone else pushing and prodding me.

Where did this incipient “busybody mindset” of our world come from?
Do the Gen x, Millennials etc really need their phones to 
Give them prompts for every damned facet of their lives?
If so, God Help Us

Sure there are many things in today's world we need protection from,
Things that were not around when I was younger.
But I've learned several useful items to keep out of trouble:
-  Don't Click on Links in Emails, or Direct Messages,
- Don't Trust The Internet
- Don't Conduct Business (especially banking) ON YOUR PHONE
- NEVER EVER Log in over an unsecure WIFI connection
- The only SECURE WIFI is the one I have set up at my HOUSE.
- The one that I pay for, that I have the Password to.

And still the politicians will try to stick their fingers in where
- They are not needed,
- not wanted and 
- where “it will not feel good”

Thank you Jacob, I had to drive to the VA, do the Huff-N-Puff then come home, so I'm not a happy camper.
The entire day wasted, but hey! At least I won't have to do it again any time soon, if ever for that matter.
Last time was 2018 (I'm supposed to do them yearly I think)

There are no original images here I sourced all of them.  The one image from the wizard of oz was modified by someone else into a meme with the words which which I basically stole,  since it was stolen already. 
The last 3 were from pixabay and are copyright free 
I have no objections to you using any of them

@officialrosh1 I am not sure now what image you mean. If you mean the things in my footer, most of them were made for the hive, so that would be alright as well
