The introduction of blockchain platform has led the rise of lots of new opportunities and new field and methods to approach certain problems that were previously very daunting and near-impossible to solve.

It helped change any of the field that you may take. For example, it helped change the content monetization by allowing for both the users and creators to get paid. It helped change the way we transfer money over the Internet by removing the middleman and in-turn reducing the bureaucracy and fee involved with it. The list just goes on.

Blockchain&#39;s main benefit that none of the other methods provide is that blockchain&#39;s decentralized. This makes it more secure and stable than any of the existing technologies. Blockchain has become the next &quot;Thing&quot; of this Age of Internet and that&#39;s due to its simplicity and ever growing community.

With the world&#39;s population growing at a drastic rate, we cannot keep tabs on all if not most of them easily, leave alone securely. Also with the increasing ability for the masses to access the Internet has ushered in the Digital Age where people are constantly moving away from hard copies to storing all the files and data that they own digitally.

Let&#39;s take the example of a developing Nation such as India. The current government&#39;s digital programs and with the introduction of cheap 4G services has led to the storing important documents digitally. But there have been many cases of leaks and security of the cloud being strong. There was also case of increasing cyber-security attacks and hackers disrupting the platform.

When we see all the advantages that the blockchain has to offer, it is the next best thing for us to store our data online. Being decentralized, it is very much secure and making it basically impossible to tamper with the data. Also the network would run off its users and no new infrastructure is needed.

So take all that I&#39;ve talked about and apply the same to our Resumes, CVs, Bio-datas and so on. There are a lot of Blockchain projects that have taken on this problem and one such project is SpringRole.

# SpringRole Platform

SpringRole introduces the ability for us to store our Personal Documents along with others on the Blockchain with each assigned a token for their corresponding data. This is a really huge benefactor in the fact that it allows for a verified and immutable space for storing documents.
