<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC soy @jesusaguilarvz y hoy quiero iniciar este blog con una serie de ejercicios para acondicionar tus muñecas, ya que son en gran parte una de las partes olvidadas de nuestro cuerpo para fortalecer a la hora de hacer ejercicio, yo Hace poco tuve una lesión en la muñeca, no porque no calentara sino porque me olvidé de estirar bien y tenía mal agarre, pero ya me he sentido mejor y lista para volver a entrenar.</div>
