<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Te recomiendo que hagas estos ejercicios solo para calentar, asi evitaras lesiones en los entrenamiento, y vas a calentar el codo de manera específica, ya que es una de las articulaciones que muchos atletas no calienta de forma correcta y es muy importante ya que estaríamos evitando dolores y futuras lesiones, gracias por ver mi post espero les guste, y si me ayudan comentando y compartiendo. </div>

Nah bro ese calentamiento es muy importante, personalmente un tiempo sufrí de tendinitis en los codos y no se quitó hasta empezar a calentar más los codos,un post muy interesante

Más que calentar los codos calentamos los que son las articulaciones glenohumerales, húmerodiales, y por supuesto la de las muñecas, una rutina de calentamiento perfecta para un día de tren superior, saludos!
