Possibly, they are not the most loved animals in the universe, besides, the fact that some of them affect the health of humans and other living beings does not increase the appreciation for them. However, these animals are more interesting than you might think. It is said that any invertebrate animal with a preferably soft, elongated and limbless body is considered a worm, although some have appendages or bristles called setae. Worms can live almost everywhere in the world and in a wide range of habitats, including the sea, land, freshwater bodies and even the intestines of other living beings.
