Hola, todos tenemos un lugar personal para respirar, el mio quizás no es el mas vistoso ni natural, pero seamos honestos, luego del sangrado que tuvo mi prometida al inicio del embarazo, básicamente no puedo alejarme de la casa mas de cien metros, por ende no es gran sorpresa presentarles mi lugar para meditar y respirar, en mi patio.


>  Hello, we all have a personal place to breathe, mine may not be the most attractive or natural, but let's be honest, after the bleeding that my fiancée had at the beginning of the pregnancy, basically I can't move away from the house more than a hundred meters, so it's not a big surprise to introduce you my place to meditate and breathe, in my backyard.

La naturaleza tiene un elemento intimo que todo ser humano aprende apreciar eventualmente, todos necesitamos conectar y vivir rodeado de ella tarde o temprano, es nuestra madre eterna junto a la mano de Dios en cualquier sea su fe, pero aceptarla y vivirla es algo que toma un tiempo entender. 


Es algo duro que he tenido que aprender, antes mi conexión con la naturaleza la vivía mas de una manera mas paulativa, de joven mucho subestimamos cuanto es necesario en la vida en decenas de temas y poco imaginamos el peso e importancia de la naturaleza en la vida **humana**. 


> Nature has an intimate element that every human being learns to appreciate eventually, we all need to connect and live surrounded by it sooner or later, it is our eternal mother next to the hand of God in every faith, but accepting it and living it is something that takes a while to understand. 


> It is something hard that I have had to learn, before, my connection with nature was more gradual, when I was young I underestimated how much is necessary for life in dozens of subjects, and little did I imagine the weight and importance of nature in **human** life.

Este es el cielo durante el anochecer de mi lugar de meditación, es algo que me ayuda a lidiar aveces, salir y recostarme allí y mirar el cielo mientras **anochece**. Esta acción me ayuda respirar y la sensación de bienestar que produce es única e indescriptible, inclusive puede que no sea el mas vistoso lugar, pero les presento siguiente una foto de mi lugar de **meditación**.


> This is the sky during sunset from my meditation spot, it is something that helps me cope sometimes, to go out and lie there and look at the sky while **sunset**. This action helps me to breathe, and the feeling of well-being that it produces is unique and indescribable, it may not even be the most beautiful place, but here is a picture of my **meditation** place.

Mi silla aparte donde me siento a pensar es irónicamente mi pequeño jardín, cada día crece mas mi pequeña enredadera-arbusto de **Toronjil** que poco a poco ha ido dándole sombra a todas mis plantas y de esta manera permitió revivir otras plantas siendo mi favorita mi planta de **Orégano** de hoja pequeña. 


> This is my separate chair, where I sit to think is ironically my little garden. Every day grows more and more my little **Toronjil** vine-bush which little by little has been giving shade to all my plants and in this way allowed to revive other plants being my favorite my **Oregano** small-leafed plant.

El lugar es bastante relajador puesto que uno se ve inmerso en el olor de mi hermosa y crecida planta de orégano junto al suave olor del toronjil en una mezcolanza relajante, revitalizante y **estremecedora**, realmente un buen lugar para pensar antes de tomar decisiones **desafiantes** en la vida.  


> The place is quite relaxing as one is immersed in the smell of my beautiful, overgrown oregano plant along with the soft scent of lemon balm in a relaxing, revitalizing, and **chilling** hodgepodge, really a good place to think before making **challenging** decisions in life.

Con el tiempo muchas ocasiones durante este embarazo tuve que salir y tomar un **respiro** de aire frió en la noche o en la tarde para no sufrir un **colapso**, supongo que es algo común cuando así tu pareja este en un estado de nervio constante, tu debas ser su piedra de paz, su casa de energía positiva, siempre cubriéndola y haciéndole sentir calma, así tu no lo sientas, lo cual quizás me dio muchos viajes a este lugar con un te en la noche, tomar un descanso de tres minutos para regresar y cuidar de **Abigail** a lo mejor de mi poder y habilidad. 


> Over time many times during this pregnancy, I had to go out and take a **breath** of cold air at night or in the afternoon so as not to have a **collapse**. I guess it's a common thing when so your partner is in a constant state of nervousness, you should be their stone of peace, her house of positive energy, always covering her and making her feel calm, even if you don't feel it. Which perhaps gave me many trips to this place with a tea in the evening, take a three-minute break to come back, and take care of **Abigail** to the best of my strength and ability.

Poco a poco uno restaura su energía, se prepara para dar y cuidar con el corazón en mano y restaurado uno, puede entonces vibrar y brillar con calma para otros. Pero recuerden, ser una suave luz para calentar y mostrar amor es lo correcto, ni muy tenue ni muy intensa, ser la calma y la paz para dar apoyo sin par, ser como la **naturaleza** para uno, pero con otros, eso ayuda a sanar mas el alma de otros de lo que pueden pensar, lo aprendí en carne propia y les dejo esa **reflexión**. 


> Gradually one restores one's energy, prepares to give and care with heart in hand and restored one, can then vibrate and shine calmly for others. But remember, being a soft light to warm and show love is the right thing to do, not too dim and not too intense, be the calm and peace to give unparalleled support, be like **nature** for one, but with others, that helps heal others soul more than you may think, I learned that first hand and leave you with that **reflection**.

Como mi querido y revivido árbol de moringa les digo, que solo en este proceso de conexión con la **naturaleza** es que uno descansa de si mismo y del mundo, donde se suelta y respira profundamente, pero si preguntan, mi jardín trasero ha sido invadido por tanques de agua, por la naturaleza del trabajo que hacemos, en otra época era el lugar ideal, enorme y lleno de **arboles**, tenia una silla alargada y disfrutaba de sentarme allí en mi adolescencia, pero la vida cambia y el mundo también. 


> As my beloved and revived moringa tree I tell you, it is only in this process of connecting with **nature** that one rests from oneself and the world, where one let's go and breathes deeply, but if you ask, my backyard has been invaded by water tanks, by the nature of the work we do, in another time it was the ideal place, huge and full of **trees**, I had an elongated chair and enjoyed sitting there in my teens, but life changes and so does the world.
