Have you been to the largest floating bar in Asia? Well, I definitely won’t miss this in my Bacolod travel itinerary!

One of the many local travels I had was exploring Lakawon Island where you can visit Tawhai Floating Bar known to be the largest floating bar in Asia. Tawhai in the local dialect means “to relax” which certainly lives up to its name!

We were so lucky when we got to the place because it was like exclusive for us! We have the entire floating bar for a day and we did have some water activities with their inflatables that were really fun to do. We also took the chance to just sit back, relax and drink tequilas while listening to the pumping music and looking at the incredible view of the waters surrounding us.

Since we stayed for 2 nights on the island, so the following day we aboard again on the floating bar to spend the afternoon watching the sunset.
I wish we could go back to the island someday but I will never forget the experience we had during our trip to the island it was a bit complicated but it’s all worth it!
