# <center>Land 3-3-3: The almighty wrestling utopia</center>

# 🤼 Overview, odds & stats
The pinnacle. The 9-star. Has its own Discord role if you own one. Every base stat maxed, everyone wants one. There is only one 9-star combo, and your odds of pulling it are 2% or 1 in 50.

## 🤔 Interpretation
This is the best land NFT WOO currently offers. The only challenge with it is choosing how to play it, but even that isn't so bad since you have the maximum baseline upgrade options.

Since this represents the most optimized base, let's spend some time talking high-level ideas regarding land.

💤 **The passive income premise.** Making $WOO while you sleep—sounds fun! This happens when organizations bring shows to your land. As the land owner, you get a small cut of the $WOO rewards as host while the winners take the lion's share. More shows, more passive income. *How* orgs make the choice to go to Land is still TBD—I don't know if they choose from a list, if it's automated, a bit of both, or what.

But in general, orgs will want to go to venues that maximize their potential winnings. Which is tied to the amount of *Wealth*, not raw attendance, flowing into a show. Since Fans spend 5x more Wealth at shows than People, Land that caters to getting a better Fan:People ratio will be more attractive. Richer Fans will increase winnings more than throwing more bodies into seats. Hence why I always harp on improving Fan quality over sheer Population growth. A base multiplier of 5x simply crushes out everything else under consideration as far as I can tell.

🤼‍♀️ **Freelance wrestler NFTs.** This another other major element that land owners should consider. Shows held on your land will also roll for a chance to get a new NFT. I am not sure if your org needs to be competing or not. Maybe it does, which simply means you need to play on your own land to make this work.

Either way, these NFTs will have trading value, and you can math it out to see what that value is in $WOO. It'll likely fluctuate, and there will be 'expected value' (EV) calculations to consider. Upgrades to Training Center and Scout stats improve the EV—your job will be to try to understand if improving Wealth throughput by X% is better, long term, than improving that EV by a similar %. Or, if you're not a mathy min/max type, play however you like (especially with a 9-star, which will do a lot of the work for you with its silly super stats).

⭐ **Land star airdrops.** One thing I haven't really mentioned is that they are thinking about giving passive $WOO airdrops based on your total Stars from Land. But: this won't last forever, and it's not that sensitive to land rarity as three 3-stars presumably will pay out as much as a single 9-star. If you want to farm this airdrop, you'll want to see if it's worth scooping up low star land or not.

🗽 **Statues n stuff.** We are pretty sure land can be further upgraded (past what Wealth limits you to) by using the 'Lore' style cards that came out of the promo packs (WOOSATURN, WOORAVEN, WOOREWARDS). However, these stats and systems haven't been firmed up yet, and I am going with the assumption that they will impact land types equally (unless like, high star land comes with more statue slots?). Because of all the unknowns, I didn't spend any time in this series speculating. All I can say is: think twice before dumping any promo packs (and think about catching any dips there! When the general airdrop ends that may be a good time to find some deals.)

🔮 **The mysterious future.** One thing WOO is known for: adding lots of fun utility to assets. I can only imagine they've a long list of fun incentives they want to implement after the alpha is stable. And you get to play with those features more when you hold more stuff. So if you're confident about the team and the game, and don't desperately need the liquidity... A simple strategy today is just: HODL.

# 🕹️ Strategies
**1️⃣ Cherish your crazy 9-star**. That's all I really have to say in this section. It's going to be an utter powerhouse. Check the [rest of this series](https://ecency.com/woogame/@jfuji/woo-land-strategy-series-index) for details on how to lean into any one of the individual strategies, though you should be able to glean the gist from the above.

# 🏝️ Land characterization
These epic metropolises are few and far between. They are global capitals that also have fully embraced the sport of territory wrestling. Entire boroughs have been dedicated to the craft. Streets are regularly named after prominent figures. Massive organizations have their names stamped on skyscrapers.

Oh, and the shows. This circuit is the major leagues of wrestling. Tournaments happen year-round, and world-champion titles book here on the regular. People flock from all over the WOO World to spend a week soaking in the sights and attending the spectacle. Cash flows like water, attracting power, fame, and muscle. Smaller orgs are generally squeezed out of this market as the titans of the industry jostle for supremacy.

WOO skews a normal distribution to make high-stat land harder to pull (makes sense, right?) The most common pull is a 6-star land, with 7 different ways the stars could be configured.
