Ideas to prevent Identity theft explosion

Everyone on the digital world is not safe and succumb to identity theft at least once in their life time. Fast technology disruption and hard to track bad guys who can break the stuff making it worse. It is being challenging to keep every one up to day with this fast pace changing environment. Even if you know the solution to the problem getting hard to fix because of the scale in which technology is getting used in every day life. It is hard to propagate and fix the problem before its being misused and abused by bad guys.

It would be nice to discuss or brainstorm some good ideas to solve this huge problem of identity theft with the help of blockchain technology.

First of all, control what you are posting in the Internet. 

Once it is out it can never be deleted, especially homemade porn or other stupid thinks are a bad idea (Try at least that your face is not visible).
