#### Today I taught my 7 year old daughter what was a diskette, and what could be done with it, I compared it with a 4 GB flash drive. Vs. 1.44 Mb.

Not to mention if I try to explain the capacity of floppy disks of 5 1/4 (I think I still have one of these diskettes.).

I started when these last ones were almost not being used, but if I got to collect some magazines where they brought me some 3 1/2 floppy disks, they were about 54 disks, for their installation (From windows 95) they should be inserted one behind the other , at the end, the whole package Lotus 1-2-3 (Similar to the office) was installed.

I remember those long nights that to download music or a program made a dial up connection to a toll-free number (Nro: 555-5555 User: alternative Pass: free) I will never forget it, from 8:00 p.m. until 08:00 p.m. The cost of the telephone minute was reduced by half and on Sunday all day.

Being connected all night had messaging programs but had no one to chat with.

I will never forget when in the course we established through direct telnet between two pcs via modem, it was amazing!
