CITADEL Desktop - 0.2.6 Released

Latest in CITADEL Desktop alpha series:

This release has no new features.

A slew of bugs related to blind transfers were fixed and a few minor UI enhancements were made.

To access this tab, select **View -> Blind** from the main menu.

In addition, python-graphenelib was merged to latest version.
