As we know Harley is a Mage-type Hero in the legend Mobile is famous for its appearance like a magician with a wand as his weapon.  <a href="https://mobile-legends.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Mobile-Legends-Naughty-Joker-Harley.jpg" rel="noopener">Source</a> As Hero Mage Harley is a powerful Hero and has great Magic damage and high Attack Speed and as Hero Mage Harley also serves to disrupt the movement of enemy heroes because this hero has a skill with great magic damage. Hero Mage Harley served in the back row at the time of War because Hero Mage has a weakness in the low Hp that makes it easier for the enemy to kill him. Armed with the passive skills of Magic Master Skill Passive this can make Harley As a basic magic attack expert will give 60 points (+ 50% of total physical attack) (+ 60% of total magic power). #### Tips and Trick to play Hero Harley - Set your distance when pulling out the Poker trick skill as much as you can with the opponent to make poker trick more efficient. - When you will issue a poker trick and want to reduce your opponent's hp you should use Space escape then use Poker trick when the duration of Poker trick is up you can go back to the previous position with Space Escape skill - When you will issue Deadly Magic Skill you should use Space Escape then Deadly Magic Then Poker trick and you can use Space Escape to return to previous position - While in the battle it is recommended that you target the enemy with little magic defense or little HP - When you are being chased by opponents you can use Space Escape to escape but when you are overtaken you can outwit your opponent by returning to the cap position you left off using Space Escape. - Often you practice this Hero in Costume and in Classic because basically Hero Harley is quite difficult to use. - Use the right Combination Skill and matching Item. #### Pick Harley when : - Your team needs a Mage that can kill a very distant opponent like behind a tanker - Your team lacks mage - You can use Harley #### Do not Pick Harley When : - Team opponents of many heroes who can pursue or can give stun to you - Your team is too much mage - You can not use Harley #### Hero Harley Skill > Before I discuss about Harley skills in this section I will give Tips how to play Combo with Harley Skill. First you need to use the Space Escape Skill (2) to get you closer to Target, then use the Deadly Magic Skill (3) (Ultimate) to attack the Enemy and cheat the enemy's blood and produce the Slow effect and last use Poker Trick (1) enemy's blood and kill the enemy (Finishing) (2-3-1). - #### Passive Skill Harley: Magic Master <center>  </center> This skill can make Harley As a basic attack magician will give 60 points (+ 50% from total physical attack) (+ 60% from total magic power). - #### Skill 1 Harley: Poker Trick (Active) <center>  </center> This skill can make the Harley throw 3 cards give 150 points + 20% of total magic power to the first hit opponent (damage decreases if same target hit hit 3x or more) and increase 5% aspd each hit as much as 8x for 3 seconds. This skill has Cooldown: 7 seconds and takes Mana Cost 90. - #### Skill 2 Harley: Space Escape (Active) <center>  </center> This skill can make the Harley Disappear by leaving the cap at a certain distance and can return to where the abandoned cap provides additional movement speed of 30% for 2 seconds. This skill has a Cooldown of 13 seconds and requires Mana Cost 60. - #### Ultimate Harley Skills: Deadly Magic (Active) <center>  </center> This skill can make Harley Shoot and release fire to opponents gives 200 points + 60% of total magic power and slow down your opponent for 1.5 seconds. When out this skill Harley can hit the opponent with a pokter trick skill after it generates 100% damage + 30% of total magic power and 40% of damage received by the target when the Deadly magic skill is finished. This skill has a 30 second Cooldown and requires Mana Cost 120. #### Build Item Hero Harley Here I will explain what items are in use Harley according to my view of play. Because Harley needs which is enough and the reduction of cooldown as well as the magic power that many are advised to use. - Enchanted talisman <center>  </center> This item can provide 50 Magic Power, 250 Hp and 20% Cooldown Reduction. The uniqueness of this Item is Giving Rege Mana as much as 10% of total Mana Maximum for 10 Seconds. - Magic Shoes <center>  </center> This item gives 10% Cooldown Reduction and 40 Movement Speed. - Glowing Wand <center>  </center> This item gives 75 Magic Power, 5% Movement Speed and 15 Magical PEN. The uniqueness of this item is Burn target for 3 seconds so that when Skill on Target gives 3% of target current Hp as Magic Damege. - Holy Crystal <center>  </center> This item can give you 90 Magic Power. The uniqueness of this item is to give 25% Magic power and after skill Hits the target then magic attack will increase as much as 15% as well as subsequent damage will end this effect. This effect can last for 3 Seconds and has Cooldown 10 Seconds. - Lightning Truncheon <center>  </center> This item gives 75 Magic Power and 30 Mana Regen. The uniqueness of this item is Every 6 second chance your Magical ability will increase Maximum 3 Enemies will be injured as much as 150% Magic Power Damege. - Blood Wings <center>  </center> This item gives 150 Magic Power and 150 Hp. The uniqueness of this item is to get an additional 2 Hp unit every 1 Magic Power that is added. #### Emblem and Ability Hero Harley Here I will explain the Emblem and Ability what fits the same Hero Harley in my view of play: - #### Magic Emblem  For Emblem itself you should use Emble Common Magic because Harley role is pure mage. - #### Ability Flicker <center>  </center> For Ability you can use Flicker or Retribution. If you use Flicker you can escape from the enemy's pursuit by a great distance and pursue an enemy who has a very fast Movement speed. If you use Retribution will speed up your Farming time when it will kill the Jungle Monster. #### <center> CONCLUSION </center> As a Mage. Harley plays an important role in a War because Harley has a great Magic Damege Skill and has Area Skills and Ultimate Skills that have Slow Effects that help your Team to win at the time of War. You should often spam Skill 1 because this skill has a sick Magic Damege and do not ever try your solo line because it can hurt you and your team because Harley has a low Hp and a weak Defense so the enemy can easily kill you join the Hero Tangker / Fighter that can protect you from the enemy's target. Seperti yang kita ketahui Harley merupakan Hero bertipe Mage di Mobile legend yang terkenal dengan penampilannya seperti Pesulap dengan membawa tongkat sihir sebagai senjata nya.  <a href="https://mobile-legends.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Mobile-Legends-Naughty-Joker-Harley.jpg" rel="noopener">Source</a> Sebagai Hero Mage Harley merupakan Hero yang kuat dan memiliki Magic damage yang besar serta Attack Speed yang tinggi dan sebagai Hero Mage Harley juga berfungsi untuk mengganggu pergerakan hero musuh karna hero ini memiliki skill dengan magic damage yang besar. Hero Mage Harley bertugas di barisan belakang pada saat terjadinya War karena Hero Mage mempunyai kelemahan di bagian Hp yang rendah sehingga memudahkan musuh untuk membunuhnya. Berbekal kemampuan pasifnya yaitu Magic Master Skill Pasif ini dapat membuat Harley Sebagai ahli sulap basic attack akan memberikan 60 point (+50% dari total physical attack)(+60% dari total magic power). #### Tips and Trick bermain Hero Harley - Atur jarak anda ketika mengeluarkan skill Poker trick sebisa mungkin anda mendekat dengan lawan agar poker trick lebih efisien - Ketika anda akan mengeluarkan poker trick dan ingin mengurangi hp lawan sebaiknya anda menggunakan Space escape lalu gunakan Poker trick ketika durasi Poker trick sudah habis anda bisa kembali ke posisi sebelumnya dengan skill Space Escape - Ketika anda akan mengeluarkan Skill Deadly Magic sebaiknya gunakan Space Escape lalu Deadly Magic Kemudian Poker trick dan anda bisa Menggunakan Space Escape untuk kembali ke posisi sebelumnya - Ketika sedang berada di dalam petarungan disarankan anda menargetkan musuh dengan magic defense yang sedikit atau HP yang sedikit - Ketika anda sedang dikejar lawan anda bisa menggunakan Space Escape untuk kabur tetapi ketika anda sudah terkejar anda bisa mengecoh lawan dengan kembali ke posisi topi yang anda tinggalkan dengan menggunakan Space Escape. - Sering-sering kamu berlatih Hero ini di Costume maupun di Classic karena pada dasarnya Hero Harley ini lumayan susah untukdi gunakan. - Gunakanlah Kombinasi Skill yang tepat dan Item yang cocok. #### Pick Harley ketika - Tim anda membutuhkan Mage yang dapat membunuh lawan yang sangat jauh seperti dibelakang tanker - Tim anda kekurangan mage - Anda dapat menggunakan Harley #### Jangan Pick Harley Ketika - Tim lawan banyak hero yang dapat mengejar maupun dapat memberikan stun terhadap anda - Tim anda terlalu banyak mage - Kamu tidak dapat menggunakan Harley #### Skill Hero Harley > Sebelum saya membahas tentang skill Harley pada bagian ini saya akan memberikan Tips bagaimana cara bermain Kombo dengan Skill Harley. Pertama kamu harus menggunakan Skill Space Escape (2) untuk mendekatkan kamu ke arah Target, lalu gunakan Skill Deadly Magic (3) (Ultimate) untuk menyerang Musuh serta menggurangi darah musuh dan menghasilkan efek Slow dan yang terakhir gunakan Poker Trick (1) untuk mengurangi darah musuh dan membunuh musuh (Finishing) (2-3-1). - #### Skill Pasif Harley : Magic Master <center>  </center> Skill ini dapat membuat Harley Sebagai ahli sulap basic attack akan memberikan 60 point (+50% dari total physical attack)(+60% dari total magic power) - #### Skill 1 Harley : Poker Trick (Aktif) <center>  </center> Skill ini dapat membuat Harley melempar 3 kartu memberikan 150 point +20% dari total magic power ke lawan yang pertama terkena hit(damage berkurang jika target yang sama terkena hit sebanyak 3x atau lebih) dan meningkatkan aspd sebanyak 5% setiap hit sebanyak 8x selama 3 detik. Skill ini memiliki Cooldown : 7 detik dan membutuhkan Mana Cost 90. - #### Skill 2 Harley : Space Escape(aktif) <center>  </center> Skill ini dapat membuat Harley Menghilang dengan meninggalkan topi di jarak tertentu dan dapat kembali ke tempat topi yang ditinggalkan memberikan tambahan movement speed sebanyak 30% selama 2 detik. Skill ini memiliki Cooldown 13 detik dan membutuhkan Mana Cost 60. - #### Skill Ultimate Harley : Deadly Magic(aktif) <center>  </center> Skill ini dapat membuat Harley Membidik dan mengeluarkan cicin api ke lawan memberikan 200 points +60% dari total magic power dan memperlambat lawan selama 1.5 detik. Ketika mengeluarkan skill ini Harley dapat memukul lawan dengan skill pokter trick setelah itu menghasilkan damage sebesar 100 point +30% dari total magic power dan 40% dari damage yang diterima target tersebut ketika skill Deadly magic durasinya telah selesai. Skill ini memiliki Cooldown 30 detik dan membutuhkan Mana Cost 120. #### Build Item Hero Harley Disini saya akan menjelaskan apa saja item yang di pakai Harley menurut pandangan saya bermain. Karena Harley membutuhkan mana yang cukup dan pengurangan cooldown serta magic power yang banyak disarankan untuk menggunakan. - Enchanted talisman <center>  </center> Item ini dapat memberikan 50 Magic Power, 250 Hp dan 20% Cooldown Reduction. Keunikan dari Item ini adalah Memberikan Rege Mana sebanyak 10% dari total Mana Maksimal selama 10 Detik. - Magic Shoes <center>  </center> Item ini memberikan 10% Cooldown Reduction dan 40 Movement Speed. - Glowing Wand <center>  </center> Item ini memberikan 75 Magic Power, 5% Movement Speed dan 15 Magical PEN. Keunikan dari item ini adalah Burn target selama 3 detik sehingga ketika Skill mengenai Target memberikan 3% dari Hp target saat ini sebagai Magic Damege. - Holy Crystal <center>  </center> Item ini dapat memberikan 90 Magic Power. Keunikan dari item ini adalah memberikan 25% Magic power dan setelah keterampilan Hits target maka serangan sihir akan meningkat sebanyak 15% serta kerusakan berikutnya akan mengakhiri efek ini. Efek ini dapat bertahan selama 3 Detik dan memiliki Cooldown 10 Detik. - Lightning Truncheon <center>  </center> Item ini memberikan 75 Magic Power dan 30 Mana Regen. Keunikan dari item ini adalah Setiap 6 detik kesempatan kemampuan Magical anda akan meningkat Maksimum 3 Musuh akan terluka sebanyak 150% Magic Power Damege. - Blood Wings <center>  </center> Item ini memberikan 150 Magic Power dan 150 Hp. Keunikan dari item ini adalah akan mendapatkan tambahan 2 Hp unit setiap 1 Magic Power yang di tambahkan. #### Emblem dan Ability Hero Harley Disini saya akan menjelaskan Emblem dan Ability apa yang cocok sama Hero Harley menurut pandangan saya bermain : - #### Emblem Magic  Untuk Emblem sendiri sebaiknya anda memakai Emble Common Magic karena role Harley adalah pure mage. - #### Ability Flicker <center>  </center> Untuk Ability anda bisa menggunakan Flicker atau Retribution. Jika anda menggunakan Flicker anda dapat kabur dari kejaran musuh dengan jarak yang sangat jauh dan mengejar musuh yang memiliki Movement speed yang sangat cepat. Jika anda menggunakan Retribution akan mempercepat waktu Farming anda ketika akan membunuh Monster Jungle. #### <center> KESIMPULAN </center> Sebagai seorang Mage. Harley sangat berperan cukup penting dalam sebuah War karena Harley memiliki Skill Magic Damege yang besar serta memiliki Skill 1 yang bersifat Area dan Skill Ultimate yang mempunyai Efek Slow sehingga membantu Tim kamu untuk memenangkan pada saat War berlangsung. Kamu harus sering-sering spam Skill 1 karena Skill ini memiliki Magic Damege yang sakit dan jangan pernah coba-coba kamu bermain solo line karena itu dapat merugikan kamu dan Tim kamu karena Harley memiliki Hp yang rendah dan Defense yang lemah sehingga musuh dapat dengan mudah membunuh kamu jadi ikut lah Hero Tangker/Fighter yang dapat melindungi kamu dari incaran musuh.
