Bitcoin Is Under Capacity Threshold

Wow. I don't remember the last time I've seen this. Bitcoin is well under 50% of its capacity threshold. I know it's not an increase in Bitcoin's capacity as the 7-day daily transaction average is slightly above 200k. 

Any idea why the huge drop? The ongoing slide in prices is most likely the cause but is there another reason?
