This came out of a very trollish white elephant present. It was packed in incrementally spicier food items along with appropriately named beers to go along with it. This caught everybody’s eyes. 
Once the gifts were locked in, the winner was more than happy to share. Probably because he’ll get to see the others suffer from such a hot present. 

The jerky was delicious. The flavor was spot on and the meat was actually dried perfectly. The problem with it? Obviously the heat. It didn't feel like much at first, but as you work to chew down the jerky, the oil works its way into your mouth and builds up. 

Will I eat it again? Definitely. I don't learn from these things. At least I didn't notice it coming out. =P
