Out of my head and onto that blockchain.

It’s past 1am in the UK and I decided to bite the bulllet and post something. If I’m completely honest, the main reason I am posting is because I should earn around $4-5 for the post due in part because I was selected for a 100% upvote from @rewards-pool which should be cast tomorrow and also thanks to a daily vote (when I manage to post) from @ssg-community. 

In 7 days, unless my rewards are removed by some bastard, I will use the SBD to buy another #SteemMonsters booster pack (or 2) to add to my collection. I’ve gotten a bit carried away and maybe even a bit addicted to collecting SteemMonsters which led to me spending all of my SBD and Steem reserves over the past few days on booster packs. I don’t even want to know how much I’ve spent but at least it’s from rewards and not out of my pocket although I confess I did cash out a little ETH for Steem yesterday to buy packs but I won’t be doing it again. 

Now, if I want more packs I am going to have to post and earn some rewards. I am luckier than most on Steemit in being able to earn around $2 per post thanks to my delegations which means that I should be able to buy around 3 booster packs a week if I post everyday. 

For me, daily posting is easier said than done, but the thought of finally owning a ‘Chromatic Dragon’ or ‘Spirit of the Forest’ might just spur me on.

Until tomorrow (hopefully), and I’ll try to make it about something other than SteemMonsters.

I am like you, a little skint due to keep giving away sbd, all good though, and I managed to buy a booster pack yesterday, and got a legendary in it, you do know don't you that if you combine 2 cards that you have the same of, it goes up in xp.

Nice work getting a Lord Of Darkness. I have two of them but haven’t combined them yet because I want to see what sort of price the legendary cards go for when trading starts although I suspect I’ll trade it for one of the legendary cards I don’t have as I don’t have the funds to buy the packs required to get them by chance.

I hear you on the funds topic my friend, I was just making sure you knew about combining cards, as I only stumbled on it by chance last night by doing it, a bit like how I stumbled on powering up sp in my early days lol, all by chance, no skill.

I appreciate the upvote but appreciate you taking the time to comment more. It is too addictive and I’ve spent too much SBD. I just hope the game is a success and I can get some sbd back through tournament prizes and trading/selling cards.
