Jiffy and the Ginger Ninja

After taking a day off after each **HIIT** session this week, we were back at it and this time we went to **OTF Nona South** instead of our home studio at North. Tiffany and I wanted to make sure that the first session back was with our home studio's head coach Mariah, and we did this past Monday but Coach "Ginger Ninja" Christen is now the head coach over at South and we had already missed her before the accident happened. Today was a must for us.

Coach Christen was over at North when she moved out here from Boston and quickly became one of our favorite coaches and of course we were elated for her when she got the head coach position at the South studio, but we missed working out for her.

She was revved up as soon as we came through the doors this morning and she already has the energy of ten people. Today, was one of those days we needed that extra energy, because it was a benchmark day and it is probably one of the or the toughest one to get through - more on that when I post it on @actifit later on today.

If you didn't read my last **LikeTu** post, **Jiffy** is Jimmy and Tiffany combined. Folks in the **[Orangetheory Fitness](https://www.orangetheory.com/en-us/)** universe call us that or they call us Team Jiffy.

It was a very small class today, so we all did everything together, but with it being a long weekend, a 23 minute run recently and folks bowing out of going to sessions that include a benchmark; attendance will be low in some of the fitness studios. At least those in our area. 

Slowly getting back into the groove of things and can't wait for the next session!
