Never Miss A Monday is in full effect. I got up and although the HIIT workouts are still on hold, today my leg feels the best it has felt since the injury.

Again, it's a brilliant way to keep me creating content; so that I can get better at it and with challenges like these it helps spur on that enthusiasm and being part of the excitement is a bonus.

I still wanted to knock out a List the List Builder search, although just one ad site; but again it keeps me active, consistent and part of the tribe's contributor.

I have my @actifit post going up later tonight. I have to get back to finishing up my day for my employers, so I'll hold off on that until I can joyfully post it.
