I found this photo that my fiancé took of me, two years ago this month with her Samsung camera phone and both her and I were at the top of our fitness game. This is basically what I want to get back to, once I return to the fitness studio this upcoming Monday. 

Along the way, COVID, a hamstring pull and a car accident made the day of the picture, I uploaded for this post, seem like 10 years ago; but it was in 2020. Not that long ago.

In between the COVID and the hamstring injury, I got back to working out pretty quickly until recently where I was forced to; because of the accident and going without a HIIT session far longer than I have in many years.

Thankfully, I have hundreds of memories and photos to remind me that I put in a lot of years to lose the weight I lost and to become the fittest I've ever been in my whole entire existence and that is a motivation that I need to keep me going. 

Nothing seems impossible with the things I've accomplished because of my health and fitness journey; but more importantly [Orangetheory Fitness](https://www.orangetheory.com/en-us/).

I want to temper down the post and not make it seem like I'm trying to market or sell OTF. I always will say this until my last breath, I could give two shits who joins it or not. It doesn't affect me in any way or I don't make a cent from it. 

But we have to provide context and give credit and source whenever we create content and my OTF activity has to be mentioned especially when I get back to doing my @actifit posting.

The title of my post is More Life and it's something that is said throughout the company's emphasis on it being more than a gym. It's about more results, more confidence, more life. Not sure if more life is trademarked but if you look at their sight it's hard to miss it.

What is trademarked is the splat, which is their logo. 

Hardcore members emulate that splat logo with our fingers 

Back in the day, you couldn't find a picture without me having a beer or drink in my hand - !BUT! - Now it's rare, unless I'm holding a medal after a running event; not to be doing the more life splat sign instead.

So to make it clear, it's not a gang sign lol.
