One of the biggest headaches facing any tired blogger is their publishing schedule. Blogs by their very nature need to be updated on a regular basis. You can write all the words you want, but if they’re not published, then they’re pretty much useless. 

The easiest way to do this is to automate your publishing schedule. Not only does this let you publish on time, it also powers up your productivity and efficiency in one simple swoop. Now, the easiest way to get this done is to always have a bunch of posts ready to publish ahead of time. 

Personally, I recommend having a week’s worth of posts in your bank at all times – this buffer also protects you from life coming in and messing up your plans, giving you a safety net. Now, I’ll be looking at WP blogs here with a free tool called Wordable, but if you’re on another platform there are similar out there.

What’s great about this combo (WP and Wordable) is that you can send your Google Doc articles straight through to WP in one click with the formatting you used. It’s absolutely brilliant! All you need to do is add the content to Wordable and schedule it, jumping ahead of WP’s meager “one post at a time only” quota.

It makes the process so ridiculously simple that I can’t help but love it. Combined with all the other tips I’ve given you in this series, you’ve got a working system that is streamlined, efficient, and doesn’t take up every moment of your spare time.
