Amigo @jimy1111 que grato tu comentario y que hayas leÃdo mi receta. Estoy en esa etapa de disminuir los carbohidratos refinados. Te cuento que no es tan fácil pero creo que con constancia, un poco de creatividad y paciencia podemos hacerlo. Diariamente cuidar la alimentación y de nuestra familia debe ser una prioridad.
