今天根据记忆做了一道菜，撒子名字我不记得了，这是前几天看视频我看到的，
材料:
金针菇，粉丝，大蒜，香葱，小米辣，火腿肠，小葱
做法:将粉丝开水泡软， 火腿肠切小条，
蒜剁不粗不细的， 小米辣剁细备用，切好葱花。
调汁:倒入蒜泥，小米辣，生抽，鸡精，少许盐，蚝油，然后搅拌备用。
碗底铺上泡好的粉丝，然后将火腿肠放粉丝上面，然后最上面放金针菇，然后在金针菇上面倒好调制好的汤汁。
然后水烧开放入盘里装好的食材，然后大火开15分钟，然后端出来，上面撒上葱花，然后倒上热油就可以开吃了，有点粉丝扇贝的味道，就是没扇贝。
