蔓越莓绿豆糕
材料：去皮绿豆300克，牛奶60克，糖60克，麦芽糖60克，黄油60克，蔓越莓100克

去皮绿豆加双倍水浸泡一晚上。上蒸锅蒸1小时。蒸完的状态应该是一捏就碎的样子。

蒸好的绿豆放入粉碎机，加牛奶糖打碎，如果太稠打不了，就加水。

黄油放入热锅，化开。

加入打碎的绿豆炒，直至黄油全部融入绿豆泥中，加麦芽糖继续炒。
炒到绿豆泥成团不粘锅子，基本就好了。

炒好的绿豆泥放温，混入切碎的蔓越莓，分成35克一坨。

用月饼模压成你喜欢的样子。
