Most times you wonder why most persons find it difficult staying at hive in their first few weeks of sign up or why some don't have that interest of signing up not minding the reward to gain in their stay and engagement here in hive but we fail to consider some category of individuals

We also fail to consider how it feels to start afresh in a new place or new school or starting up a new business. Some category of persons find it easy to cope where ever they find themselves while some, it takes quite some time to blend into their new environment and when they find it unfavorable, they give themselves a lot of reason to leave.

Not minding the privacy issues and censorship in Facebook, it is one that have a very user friendly environment and features and also popular. How does this relate to hive and onboarding new members, lets see; I have my friends, family and colleagues in Facebook who I interact with on a daily basis not worried if I'm being paid but I'm happy to keep in touch with them. Now I came across a friend who convince me to sign up in #hive where I'm a total stranger, that would be a tough call to make because I will have to reduce my interaction in Facebook where my friend, colleagues and family hangout to a place where I'm a total novice. So even when such a person sign up and finds himself in a community that isn't supportive they give themselves every reason to return to Facebook.

>Sin importar los problemas de privacidad y la censura en Facebook, es uno que tiene un entorno y características muy fáciles de usar y también es popular. ¿Cómo se relaciona esto con la colmena y la incorporación de nuevos miembros? Tengo amigos, familiares y colegas en Facebook con los que interactúo a diario y no me preocupan si me pagan, pero estoy feliz de estar en contacto con ellos. Ahora me encontré con un amigo que me convenció de registrarme en #hive donde soy un completo extraño, esa sería una decisión difícil de hacer porque tendré que reducir mi interacción en Facebook, donde mi amigo, colegas y familiares pasan el rato. un lugar donde soy un novato total. Entonces, incluso cuando una persona así se registra y se encuentra en una comunidad que no la apoya, se dan todas las razones para regresar a Facebook.

Not everyone find it easy to get acquitted with a mobile phone or laptop or a new software or a different social media platform. This I got to understand in the process of onboarding a friend of mine, he is a good artist whose artwork should be displayed here in hive but he is not the type that is conversant with different apps and its features or a crypto related social media. After signup, in other for some persons to have a smooth stay here in #hive, they need to be directed and thought how the platform works, if not their stay would be a stressful and struggling one. I'm happy that there are some communities dedicated in coaching up newbies but the truth is that not every newbie is opportune to find those community, it all falls back to the source of their onboarding. As you are onboarding you should also keep up with a follow up of those who are onboarded to make sure they are in the right track.

New beginning is good in most cases but it's always difficult at the starting point

Después de registrarse, en otro lugar, para que algunas personas tengan una estadía tranquila aquí en #hive, deben ser dirigidas y pensar cómo funciona la plataforma, si no, su estadía sería estresante y difícil. Estoy feliz de que haya algunas comunidades dedicadas a entrenar a los novatos, pero la verdad es que no todos los novatos son oportunos para encontrar esa comunidad, todo recae en la fuente de su incorporación. Mientras se está incorporando, también debe mantenerse al día con un seguimiento de aquellos que están incorporados para asegurarse de que estén en el camino correcto.

>Un nuevo comienzo es bueno en la mayoría de los casos, pero siempre es difícil en el punto de partida.
