It has really been a success so far and I'm thankful to all those that have participated in sharing their learning curve, this has really been a great way to engage with people and also a means to shout out to different posts. I have always loved the idea of food and food blog and stumbling into @anggreklestari post on [The Important Tips for Beginner Food Bloggers](https://ecency.com/hive-120586/@anggreklestari/the-important-tips-for-beginner-food-bloggers#@jizzyjoe/re-anggreklestari-2021119t124729400z), it stared my interest in blogging even more and gave me some insight in food blogging which is really needed if one wants to blog about food.

At first I really thought that the community which I have come to love and met with some amazing personalities when I joined #hive newly was shutting down but I was amazed and glad when I saw the new update on rebranding of the community from #powerhousecreatives to #thelifestylelounge in a post by @jaynie [Introducing THE LIFESTYLE LOUNGE community](https://ecency.com/hive-114105/@jaynie/introducing-the-lifestyle-lounge-community#@jizzyjoe/re-jaynie-qn6tr1). I'm happy that the community is gaining it's strength once more.

The pandemic or should I say the COVID-19 have really done a lot of harm than good and has taken many lives as we speak but we all should stay safe. I read an odd post by one of the celebrant, normally, I do read blogs stating how they celebrate their birthday or what gift was given to them on their birthday but this particular celebrant @phusionphil said [All I Want for my Birthday is China Held Accountable for Ruining the Developed World](https://ecency.com/birthday/@phusionphil/all-i-want-for-my#@jizzyjoe/re-phusionphil-qn8s1q). I really didn't give it much thought but after a few engagement, I was led to view a [video](https://rejectccp.org/) which enlightened me more on the origin and the coverup on the coronavirus. In all that has happened in the world, we pray it ends soon together with the politics going with it.

It's difficult to change or work on your weakness when you refuse to accept it's your weakness, for me I know that I'm so so bad at plating or should I say putting forth a well design plate of food. There are many holidays or different things going on that most of us don't really know about, I never knew that there was something like **INTERNATIONAL HUG DAY**, until I came across @eugelys post on [INICIATIVA: ¡Un gran abrazo! - A big hug (Iniciative) by Eugelys](https://ecency.com/hive-114105/@eugelys/iniciativa-un-gran-abrazo-a-big-hug-iniciative-by-eugelys#@jizzyjoe/re-eugelys-2021122t14469111z) which I confirmed in the internet and it was all true. I know many may have written the HUG INITIATIVE but didn't really know how it came about, its really nice to see such post that you can always learn from.

Don't judge me, I can be a bit universal. If I have a good camera, I can decide to go into photography haha.
