Dicen por ahí que cuando a uno lo atienden bien en un negocio regresa a este luego por la misma, pues a veces encontramos muchas veces negocios que, aunque tengan un buen producto o una calidad superior, la calidad de la atención al cliente es pésima y hace que sea una diferencia abismal contra sus competidores.

Con esto voy a cuando, por ejemplo uno sale buscando algo y hay quien simplemente te dice, no tengo, y hasta ahí llega, otros que por ejemplo se esfuerzan en encontrarle el producto al cliente con socios, o en darte alguna información para lograr que el cliente logre tener su producto, a fin de cuentas.

Y es algo que me ha pasado mucho cuando por ejemplo he salido a buscar repuestos, algunas piezas de ferretería o cosas algo mas especializadas asociadas al ramo, el caso que mas recuerdo fue cuando estaba buscando unos tornillos especiales para un “invento” de los que me gusta hacer, en lo que fui a una tornillería cerca de mi casa, ya que era algo tarde y aparte fin de semana, en lo que cuando le consulto al señor, este me responde con su clásico “hijo”, no tengo nada de eso por ahí, pero no te preocupes, ya te digo si un amigo tiene por ahí.

En lo que luego de una pequeña charla, me comentó que si tenían de estos tornillos en un negocio de su amigo y que este me podía hacer el favor de traérmelo hasta el negocio en el que me encontraba, pues ya había recogido todo prácticamente para cerrar, por lo que al final, luego de todo pude obtenerlos, y como no es un gesto que se agradece y forja a mí pensar una mejor relación cliente/vendedor que da ese plus adicional al momento de donde comprar.

They say out there that when you get good service in a business, you return to it later for the same reason, because sometimes we often find businesses that, even though they have a good product or superior quality, the quality of customer service is lousy and makes it a world of difference against its competitors.

With this I go to when, for example, one goes out looking for something and there are those who simply tell you, I don't have it, and that's as far as it goes, others who, for example, make an effort to find the product for the client with partners, or to give you some information to achieve that the client manages to have his product, after all.

And it is something that has happened to me a lot when, for example, I have gone out to look for spare parts, some hardware parts or something more specialized associated with the field, the case that I remember the most was when I was looking for some special screws for an "invention" of which I like to do, in which I went to a fastener near my house, since it was a bit late and apart from the weekend, when I ask the man, he answers me with his classic "son", I have nothing to do with it. that out there, but don't worry, I'll tell you if a friend has it out there.

In which, after a little chat, he told me that if they had these screws in a business of his friend and that he could do me the favor of bringing it to the business where I was, because he had already practically collected everything to close , so in the end, after all, I was able to obtain them, and since it is not a gesture that is appreciated and forges me to think of a better customer/seller relationship that gives that additional plus when it comes to where to buy.
