Eternamente agradecido con nuestros amigos  @storiesoferne @aplusd por la creación de este espacio, que nos posibilita compartir con nuestros seguidores las edificaciones emblemáticas del lugar en donde vivimos, o tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar;  Hace un tiempo largo vengo publicando hermosas imágenes  de  construcciones que hemos visto en nuestra última vacaciones por el sur de nuestro país , si bien tengo muchas imágenes de este hermoso lugar, me pareció una buena idea hacer una pausa y compartir bellas fotografías de las edificaciones de nuestra ¨Ciudad¨ de ¨Corrientes¨; Les había comentado que esta es una pequeña provincia del litoral argentino, que por su ubicación estratégica, y el buen servicio de enseñanza, cada vez son más las personas que deciden radicarse en nuestra ciudad. <div class = "text-justify"> I had told you that the "Province" of "Corrientes" is located near several borders; That makes us a tourist city; Tourism has grown a lot in the last two decades, and since then construction companies, like the real estate market, are making the necessary changes to meet the demand for tourist accommodation. The land where these beautiful buildings are being built, until very recently there was a building where a correctional prison worked; An institution little desired by the upper class neighbors, and by the leaders of the city</div>

<div class = "text-justify"> Les había comentado que la ¨Provincia¨ de ¨Corrientes¨ está ubicada en cercanía de varias fronteras; Eso nos convierte en una ciudad turística; El turismo ha crecido mucho en las últimas dos décadas, y desde entonces las empresas constructoras, como el mercado inmobiliario, está haciendo las modificaciones necesarias para cubrir la demanda del alojamiento turístico. El terreno en donde se están levantando estos hermosos edificios, hasta hace muy poco había una edificación donde funcionaba un penal correccional; Una institución poco deseada por los vecinos de clase alta, y por los mandatarios de la ciudad</div>

<div class = "text-justify"> The location of these lands is super privileged, it is the first thing one sees if one enters the city from the "City" of "Resistance"; The main reason to demolish the correctional building, and make way for an imposing construction that aims to meet the housing demand of tourism, and the great growth of the population in recent decades. Two very important factors that have led to a rethinking, and led the city to a transformation from horizontal houses, to large vertical constructions. In some previous posts I had told you that horizontal houses predominated in the city and that we did not know how long it would take to begin to see this transformation </div>

<div class = "text-justify"> La ubicación de estos terrenos es súper privilegiada, es lo primero que uno ve si se ingresa a la ciudad desde la ¨Ciudad¨ de ¨Resistencia¨; La razón principal para demoler el edificio de la correccional, y dar paso a una imponente construcción que tiene como finalidad satisfacer la demanda habitacional del turismo, y el gran crecimiento de la población de las últimas décadas. Dos factores muy importantes que han hecho replantear, y llevar a la ciudad a una transformación de casas horizontales, a grandes construcciones verticales. En algunos post anteriores les había comentado que en la ciudad predominaban las casas horizontales y que no sabíamos cuánto tiempo iba pasar para comenzar a ver esta transformación </div>

<div class = "text-justify">Starting a construction on land very close to a river requires an enormous prior study of the soil; As you can imagine, being close to a riverbed, the ground tends to be softer; The materials that have been used for the construction are visible; Concrete cement was used to shape the structure, accompanied by light elements, such as reinforced Pol tergo to lighten the slabs between floors, blocks of material for wall supports, and hollow bricks for exterior walls, in its Inside, dry construction will surely be used so that the building does not have so much weight, considering the surface of the land. </div>

<div class = "text-justify">Iniciar una construcción  en un terreno muy próximo a un rio requiere de un enorme trabajo previo de estudio del suelo; Como es de imaginar, estar cerca del cauce de un rio el  suelo tiende a ser más blando; Los materiales que han utilizado para la construcción está a la vista; El cemento de hormigón fue utilizado para dar forma a la estructura, acompañado de elementos livianos, como el tergo Pol armado para alivianar la loza de entre piso, bloques de material para soportes de paredes, y ladrillo huecos para las paredes de exteriores, en su interior seguramente se utilizara construcción en seco para que la edificación no tenga tanto peso, pensando en la superficie del terreno. </div>

The construction company is characterized by making beautiful constructions with the best views of the "Paraná" river; The imposing flow of water that frames the city is one of the most sought after when choosing a place to live, the beautiful natural view that it offers seduces all those who are passionate about natural life </div>

<div class = "text-justify">El edificio ¨Torre¨¨Rivera¨ es una enorme construcción de casi 1700 metros cuadrados en veinticinco plantas, información comprobada  en el cartel del permiso de obra. La empresa constructora se caracteriza por hacer construcciones hermosas con las mejores vistas al ¨rio¨¨Paraná¨; El imponente caudal de agua que enmarca la ciudad es de lo más buscados a la hora de escoger un lugar para vivir, la hermosa vista natural que propone seduce a todos los apasionados de la vida natural   </div>

<div class = "text-justify"> El edificio ¨Torre¨¨Rivera¨  no solo tendrá la mejor ubicación frente al rio, también tendrá un diseño interior de excelencia, con un servicio inmejorable; En unas de las plantas de la edificación funcionara un restaurante al servicio de quienes se hospedan en el lugar; Como estamos viendo en las cartelerías de información; Estas hermosas tomas las hicimos con una   ¨NikonCoolpixB500 en la ciudad más hermosa de mi país Argentina </div>
