<div class = "text-justify"> Muy feliz de estar nuevamente en esta hermosa   <a href="https://hive.blog/trending/hive-178708"><strong>¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨:&nbsp;</strong></a> Compartiendo con todos los apasionados de la arquitectura una hermosa tomas fotográfica que hemos hecho, mientras dábamos un paseo por unos de los barrios más hermosos y significativos de mi ciudad de Corrientes. El barrio ¨Camba¨ ¨Cua¨ es uno de esos barrios más costoso de la provincia, donde todos los inversores desean tener una propiedad;  la cercanía a la costanera hace que el valor del metro cuadrado de edificación valga por lo menos diez veces más que otras construcciones en otra ubicación de la ciudad. Vivir en este barrio ha sido mi sueño de niño, soy un apasionado del rio y de las puestas de sol, dos combinaciones hermosas que se dan a diario si vives en una propiedad que este ubicado en este barrio. Aunque tengo 53 años, no descarto la posibilidad de que algún día pueda cumplir mi sueño, uno nunca sabe lo que el destino tiene preparado para nosotros </div>

<div class = "text-justify"> Very happy to be back in this beautiful <a href="https://hive.blog/trending/hive-178708"><strong>¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨:&nbsp;</strong></a> Sharing with all those who are passionate about architecture a beautiful photographic shot that we have taken, while we were taking a walk through one of the most beautiful and significant neighborhoods of my city of Corrientes. The ¨Camba¨ ¨Cua¨ neighborhood is one of those most expensive neighborhoods in the province, where all investors want to own a property; the proximity to the waterfront means that the value of the square meter of the building is worth at least ten times more than other constructions in another location in the city. Living in this neighborhood has been my dream as a child, I am passionate about the river and sunsets, two beautiful combinations that occur daily if you live in a property that is located in this neighborhood. Although I am 53 years old, I do not rule out the possibility that one day I can fulfill my dream, one never knows what fate has in store for us </div>

<div class = "text-justify"> Mi sueño siempre ha sido tener un propiedad que este frente al rio, me gusta despertar en las mañanas con la briza fresca que emanan las aguas de nuestro ¨rio¨¨Paraná¨, además de ver la salida y puesta de sol. Estas son las cosas que me gustan de estas propiedades que les doy a conocer en esta ocasión. Su privilegiada ubicación permiten disfrutar de las vistas del rio y los dos estados más hermoso del sol, cuando sale o se ponen nos regala hermosas tonalidades en el cielo. Otra cosas que me atrae de estas propiedades, es la fuerte presencia de la naturaleza en sus frentes, aunque en lo particular me gusta más tener un fondo natural con un poco más de privacidad </div>

<div class = "text-justify"> My dream has always been to have a property that is in front of the river, I like to wake up in the morning with the fresh breeze that emanates from the waters of our "Paraná" river, in addition to seeing sunrise and sunset. These are the things that I like about these properties that I let you know on this occasion. Its privileged location allows you to enjoy the views of the river and the two most beautiful states of the sun, when it rises or sets it gives us beautiful shades in the sky. Another thing that attracts me to these properties is the strong presence of nature on their fronts, although in particular I prefer to have a natural background with a little more privacy </div>

<div class = "text-justify"> Si alguien me diera a escoger una propiedad que este en pleno centro de la ciudad, o una que este inmerso en la naturaleza, escojo ambos,  y lo puedo hacer porque en mi ciudad hay casas que sus propietarios dieron mucha importancia a la naturaleza al momento del replanteo de los planos de construcción. La presencia natural que hay en ambas propiedades es la razón para que escoja como las propiedades que me gustaría vivir, además de su posición privilegiada cerca del rio  </div>

The natural presence that exists in both properties is the reason for choosing the properties that I would like to live in, in addition to its privileged position near the river </div>

<div class = "text-justify"> Esta es una hermosa propiedad construida en dos plantas y un subsuelo, en este último se utiliza como área de servicio de estacionamiento. La casa fue construida en una superficie elevada, dejando varios metros desde el límite municipal. Un espacio bien utilizado como pulmón verde, algo que se está comenzando a utilizar en las ciudades más importantes del mundo. Este es un concepto que la nueva generación de Arquitectos e ingenieros incluyen en sus proyectos de obra, me alegra saber que nuestra generación de arquitectos hayan incluido espacios naturales en las construcciones de estos hogares     </div>

The house was built on an elevated surface, leaving several meters from the municipal limit. A space well used as a green lung, something that is beginning to be used in the most important cities in the world. This is a concept that the new generation of architects and engineers include in their construction projects, I am glad to know that our generation of architects have included natural spaces in the construction of these homes </div>

<div class = "text-justify">Este es otro hogar en donde me encantaría vivir, ya se habrán dado cuenta que me gustan los chalet estilo francés. Las terminaciones de los techos estructurales  y las tejas francesas  es la combinación que deseo en mis propiedades. Por la cercanía al rio, y previendo posibles subas del cauce de las aguas del rio, esta propiedad también se construyó sobre una superficie elevado, dejando varios metros en el frente para desarrollar el pulmón verde tan ansiado en esta era en que vivimos   </div>

Structural roof finishes and French shingles is the combination I want in my properties. Due to the proximity to the river, and anticipating possible rises in the river's waters, this property was also built on an elevated surface, leaving several meters in front to develop the long-awaited green lung in this era in which we live </div >

<div class = "text-justify">El estilo chales francés es muy escogido a la hora de hacer las construcciones en la ciudad. La construcción en las paredes del exterior el ladrillo de abobe expuesto es un clásico, y se puede ver en sus dos versiones, uno pintado totalmente en blanco, mientras que el otro estilo, es pintado con ¨racodray¨ que permite ver la textura del ladrillo. Las puertas doble, y la del tipo balcón de vidrios repartido, además de dar carácter a la propiedad, tienen la funcionalidad de permitir luz natural a la propiedad. El techo estructural permitió incorporar un hermoso ventanal de varias hojas, que aporta una personalidad única a la propiedad. Las imágenes que pueden ver se tomaron en mi ¨ciudad¨ de ¨Corrientes¨ con  una cámara ¨NikonCoolpixB500¨. The exposed abobe brick construction on the exterior walls is a classic, and can be seen in its two versions, one painted completely white, while the other style is painted with "racodray" that allows you to see the texture of the brick. . The double doors, and the distributed glass balcony type, in addition to giving character to the property, have the functionality of allowing natural light to the property. The structural roof made it possible to incorporate a beautiful multi-panel window, which brings a unique personality to the property. The images you can see were taken in my "city" of "Corrientes" with a "NikonCoolpixB500" camera.
