<div class = "text-justify">Lo que más me gusta de este tipo de concursos es que nos motiva hacer cosas que son saludables para mi cuerpo, como saben la caminata es una de las ejercitaciones con mayores beneficios para nuestro cuerpo, en cuanto a sonreír, además de saludable nos hace sentir bien. En muchas oportunidades les comenté que estar en un entorno natural me hace muy bien y sonrió mucho cuando veo cosas hermosas como esta bella flor, tan hermosa que fue imposible no hacer una toma macro con ella </div>

<div class = "text-justify"> Siempre he sido una persona muy sana, hasta este año nunca tuve que afrontar ninguna enfermedad, algo que cambio desde que me diagnosticaron ¨diabetes¨. Esta es una enfermedad que afecta a muchas partes del cuerpo, y desde hace seis meses paso mis días visitando a distintos organismos de la salud, hoy tuve que visitar nuevamente a mi diabetóloga. La cita de hoy fue muy amena, me ordeno varios exámenes médicos, entre ellos, una revisión general de la ¨visión¨, análisis clínicos y una ecografía abdominal </div>

This is a disease that affects many parts of the body, and for six months I have spent my days visiting different health agencies, today I had to visit my diabetologist again. Today's appointment was very pleasant, he ordered several medical tests, including a general "vision" review, clinical tests and an abdominal ultrasound </div>

<div class = "text-justify"> Este tipo de actividades que quita energía y me agota mentalmente, por eso cuando regreso de los hospitales lo primero que hago es salir a caminar en lugares rodeados de la naturaleza, como se pueden imaginar voy al predio que esta cerca de casa, allí puedo hacer contacto con la naturaleza y renovar todas mis energías, además, puedo apreciar diferentes especies de árboles, hoy me detuve a observar este hermoso árbol, aquí lo conocernos como     <a href="https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erythrina_crista-galli"><strong>¨arbol¨ de ¨ceibo¨ de nombre científico ¨Erythrina crista-galli¨:&nbsp;</strong></a> Un árbol que tiene una hermosa flor. Este es un espécimen muy viejo, se puede apreciar por el enorme crecimiento. Estas hermosas tomas de la naturaleza las hicimos con nuestra cámara ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨ </div>

<div class = "text-justify"> This type of activity drains me of energy and exhausts me mentally, so when I return from hospitals the first thing I do is go for a walk in places surrounded by nature, as you can imagine I go to the property that is close to home, there I can make contact with nature and renew all my energies, also, I can appreciate different species of trees, today I stopped to observe this beautiful tree, here we know it as <a href="https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erythrina_crista-galli"><strong>¨tree¨ of ¨ceibo¨ with the scientific name ¨Erythrina crista-galli¨:&nbsp;</strong></a> A tree that has a beautiful flower.
