 <div class="text-justify">  Saludos amigos, estamos nuevamente, con todos ustedes en esta Plataforma de Hive.Blog, con la intención de compartir este Post, con el que quiero llamar la atención a estar muy pendiente de nuestros equipo de aire acondicionado, pues queremos aprovecharnos de ellos al máximo y darle larga vida, por eso este Post, donde le mostrare lo importante de hacer los mantenimiento preventivos, y  así a largar el tiempo para un manteniendo mayor, miren que cuando nos descuidamos y dejamos para después los mantenimiento, las consecuencias pudieran ser serias.</div>

   <div class="text-justify">Un mantenimiento preventivo se pudiera hacer en tiempo cortos, aunque no notemos alguna falla, y un mantenimiento mayor, que pudiera ser preventivo-correctivo en un tiempo más largo,  este es el caso que comparto con ustedes, se trata de un Aire Acondicionado tipo piso-Techo, de 5 toneladas, con más de 6 años que no se le hacia un mantenimiento mayor, claro solo se mantenía con mantenimiento preventivos. Daremos atención a la parte más vulnerable del equipo, el evaporador que se encuentra en la consola, es la unidad que está en el interior. Esta es la parte que requiere mucha atención, pues en el funcionamiento del Aire Acondicionado, el Evaporador absorbe todas las partículas suspendidas en el aire y con el tiempo se van acumulando en las rejillas del evaporador tapando así el paso del aire que será devuelto frio al área, como consecuencia pudiera haber menos frio en el ambiente, menos cantidad de aire frio que salga de la consola, congelamiento en el área del evaporador, salida de agua  por la consola. </div>

  <div class="text-justify"> Procedemos hacer  este servicio, vamos a proceder a bajar la consola, para ello tenemos que recoger el gas del sistema, llevarlo al compresor y desconectar la corriente, así pasamos a desmontar la consola.</div>

   <div class="text-justify">Aquí el componente más importante, el evaporador, y noten lo sucio que se encuentra, para ayudar a quitar  ese sucio impregnado hasta los serpentines, vamos a usar un producto que en su formulación fue preparado para ayudar hacer más fácil la limpieza, es uno de los productos que preparo en mi negocio de Productos de Limpieza, está hecho a base de Butil y NaOH , este se impregna en todo la superficie del componente, lo dejamos actuar por unos minutos, y cuando procedemos a lavar, con agua, todo el sucio que se encuentre pegado, será removido con facilidad, dejando el evaporador totalmente limpio y libre de suciedad que pudiera obstruir el paso del aire, ayudando a mejorar el funcionamiento del equipo de Aire Acondicionado.</div>

<div class="text-justify">  Una vez hecho el levado, ensamblamos nuevamente y colocamos la consola en su sitio, conectamos las tuberías, desagüe, pasamos la corriente e incorporamos el gas al sistema. Amigos podrán notar la gran diferencia en la eficiencia de operatividad del equipo. Todo el trabajo dura unas dos horas y media.</div>

<div class="text-justify">A preventive maintenance could be done in short time, although we do not notice any failure, and a major maintenance, which could be preventive-corrective in a longer time,  this is the case that I share with you, It is a floor-Ceiling Air Conditioning, 5 tons, with more than 6 years that it was not towards greater maintenance, of course it was only maintained with preventive maintenance. We will pay attention to the most vulnerable part of the equipment, the evaporator that is in the console, is the unit that is inside. This is the part that requires a lot of attention, because in the operation of the Air Conditioning, the Evaporator absorbs all the particles suspended in the air and over time accumulate in the evaporator grids, thus blocking the passage of air that will be returned cold to the area, as a result there may be less cold in the environment, less amount of cold air leaving the console, freezing in the evaporator area, water outlet through the console. </div>

Muy buen trabajo el que hicieron con ese panal, al final que entre el agua a alta presión y los químicos ese panal queda limpio, me encanta que al final queda en muy buena posición, en comparación al punto de salida, saludos.

sabes tienes razón lo de los mantenimientos preventivos. Eso es para todo tipo de aparatos. Sin embargo la importancia del aire acondicionado es mas ya que es un aparto costoso y su uso en l actualidad es de los mas básicos par nuestro vivir.
