September is arriving fast and the next @globalschool cycle will start soon. This year within the @globalschool ecosystem with the participants we will be launching notably the Network Normadic Agency (NNA) and @blocktv. It makes me really happy but also brings lot of work and challenges. That is one of the reasons my friend and colleague @manncpt presented me @yinundmann to support the workload and process with his experience.

Within this startup phase, this is the right to intensify the planning activities, organizing blocks, platforms, products, services and features releases. 

After 10 days managing @frameworks at Wolfgang place, these last days I am at the Hug Inn of @opt2o where I am co-hosting during the exprimentation phase of the NNA while the main hosts are unavailable in their holidays. I have to confess, it is a real pleasure to work while I am not interfering with anyone and can find a focus. I enjoyed visibly so much that Sunday, I spent nearly all the night coding. That did not happen for several months. =) As it might be a sign I am finding motivation, after a white night experimenting with the #steem API, I get a little rest before to start the week. 

## Happy birthday Christoph!

Monday morning it was the birthday of @manncpt (that we will celebrate together with the birthday of @gexi at the occasion of the #steem party on the 23th of August). I published my daily dose of inspiration and after a while, I get the visit of @wolfgangsieberth from @generationeuropa with whom I tried to synchronize and see how to organize the planning for the next team meeting. 

A few moment later after Wolfgang left, the bell was ringing again. It was @gexi (Manuel) from MUK IT with whom I spent some hours exchanging about various topics such as the agency we are launching as well as about the front-end interface I started to code last night to provide a more efficient tool to the community laboratory members to interact and cooperate on the @neomad platform. The first use-case was about making an interface for dedicated communities such as #steemit-austria or #creative-commons.

We got a lot of ideas on the flipchart and I can't wait to start coding and meeting him again with the team to take further steps!

One of the main conversation was around the establishment of the Agency and how to support the implementation of the business process to be easly taken over by one or the other member of the team and or community member especially in the frame of the "super host alliance affiliation", one of the core programs of the NNA.

As tonight I have the next team meeting with @mammasitta and with Ahmed and Wolfgang (@generationeuropa), @gexi after leaving sent me a pdf and a video to show us how it can be easy to manage the Agency's content production pipelines with the tool his company is providing. We can see how fast his company delivered a demo of their tool integrating the use case we have been discussing. I can't wait to present this to the team and see how we will manage the next concensus.

# What is a network nomadic agency?

## Network agency

## Nomadic agency
A nomadic agency generally focuses on remote collaboration, knowledge-sharing, business support and exploration.

With a focus on participatory developement with the com-lab cooperation, we are buidling new blocks with a focus on nomadic and network capabilities composability to taylor profiled and on demand social impact experiences to participants, learners, entrepreneurs, explorers or creatives with the aim to increase nomadic leadership developement behavior.
