Did you see? Last weeks have been really busy! However, last days I get a lot of good news! Before to go through them together, I would like to share with you a message I recieved last Sunday.

Sunday morning before to go to the tour guide I saw a message of Philipe refering to one of my post "<a href="https://steemit.com/steemit-austria/@jnmarteau/how-to-be-the-most-lucky-person-of-the-world-photography-technology-vienna">how to be the most lucky person of the world</a>"and asking me:

> "Hi Jean, One question - do you actually mean lucky (meaning having good luck when doing something) - or happy (emotional state)?"

Note from the head: When I say lucky - do I actually mean lucky (meaning having good luck when doing something) - or happy as an emotional state? (Yes I repeat to myself to be sure I can process :P) {didn't we say something about writing comments within an article already?}

This is probably one of the most profound question I get personally lately and I am honored it cames from @preinisch as it also mean that he took the time to read <a href="https://steemit.com/steemit-austria/@jnmarteau/how-to-be-the-most-lucky-person-of-the-world-photography-technology-vienna">my article</a> before to share it and present it to his network with a really nice supportive message on facebook and on instagram. =D

Question(s): are not both fitting very well (good luck and an emotional state)? 

If the first depends on interactions, the second is probably triggered by how we are leading self to make prosperous the exchange. So, I guess for me one goes with the other...

Here one question too - is it not the mix of it which act as a facilitator enabling the path of openness, continuous learning, furthermore to resilience, emancipation or interoperability? 

Is luck without fulfillement make sense except while we are learning?

For what I am learning, ...beyond the wall of expectations, within resilience there is luck in abundance. It is when we do not expect that we can really be lucky. Emancipating from the sphere of influence, from the comfort zone, then we can be open for opportunities to challenge us and re-learn.

To learn, we will need a medium to enable self by our own.

<h1>Back to the good news</h1>

@wolfgangsieberth will maybe invest a bit in Steem Power to support better our various social and community projects. 

@manncpt get Georg owner of Co-space to confirm the next steps to get back the budget we both invested with @wolfgangsieberth to coordinate and realize the "<a href="https://discord.gg/AxhwVW">com-lab</a>" with the @globalschool and be able to invite regularly #steemit participants.

At the origin, willing to understand how to implement properly the @ideamachine wien, we came up with a large field of opportunities to experiment the various sub areas of the concept. One of the idea was and still to create a festival for ideas creation and creators to meet, exchange and foster their developement within @hackathons and @worksops ensure the full creative/production process to be realized within the festival whcih will act as a fast incubator. That is how last year while trying to understand all the requirements of a partner such as Gadcon and brand such as Cobenzel, Co-space or go Popup I came up with the "<a href="https://discord.gg/AxhwVW">com-lab</a>".

Next Generation #Blockchain based paricipatory ecosystems

The com-lab is a project I submitted last year with Pascale Rasinger (Turbo Agency, AT) to the AWS Grant while working as CIO at Co-space. It is also an event  format serie I imagined to proceed to a proper need assessement strategy in order to unify analog/physical, digital and human standalones ecosystems within an interface to automatize and simplify the coworking and hospitality experience in future (communication) agencies, coworking and co creative autonomous spaces at the service of the members.

The basic idea is in coworking areas and open spaces, a lot of capacity is lost as such space is not designed properly to facilitate the possible synergies between systems/members and the most of such space is equiped with a dozen of standalone systems which can not inter-communicate between themselves, an assessement which is a reality at the technical and societal level.

At the technical level we have the possibility to create bridges or make the usage of existing ones, we name them APIs, there are a lot of impacting implications of having a good API for any technical system, but from my humbel point of view such open source principle, such as github (which use super lean management principle, or value chain in islands) extracted from the virtual world requires a good understanding of it, that is why I highly recommend to participate to steemit events such as <a href="https://steemit.com/steemit-austria/@jnmarteau/invitation-to-the-1on1-talks-celebrating-1-year-of-steemit-austria-saturday-28-04-2018">1 on 1 talks</a> on this Saturday 28th of April and to celebrate the 1 year of #steemit-austria.

Soon, I'll publish the proposal for @frameworks considering the opportunities of interconnections with the steem and EOS communities but also with project such as @silkroad40. So, with the support of @manncpt and of @wolfgangsieberth, I changed a bit the plan, to be sure we can make the best of it together with all the #utopian-io, #creative-commons, #steemit-austria and #deutsch communities!

<h2>@frameworks</h2>
Adapted from the Idea Factory concept, @frameworks is inspired by plantoids, a crypto art project calling for contributors when reaching the conditions as well as to reproduce themselves.

There are currently several kind of connected #CryptoArt and spaces in existence around the world.

This particular kind of space is an autonomous blockchain-based lifeform that is able to reproduce itself. It is a hybrid creature that lives both in the physical world (as a mechanical contraption made up of physical spaces and electronics) and in digital world (as a software deployed on top of the steem blockchain-based network).

The goal of @frameworks is to illustrate one of the most revolutionary—and yet still unexplored—aspects of blockchain technology. It illustrates the ability to create “blockchain-based autonomous spaces entities able of care and empowerment towards the global community”, i.e. algorithmic entities that are:
- autonomous,
- self-sustainable, 
- rewarding their contributors, and
- capable of reproducing themselves,

through a combination of blockchain-based code and human interactions.

That is how @frameworks is becoming with your support a connected participatory space open to ideas, artists, creatives, digital nomads and people who travel.

<h2>Immersive serious game - participatory design</h2>

I always saw companies, organizations, cooperatives and institutions as unfinished technological evidences annoucing an immersive technology bringing down in a comprehensive map the hyperconnected information, including resources, people and their values. Such interactive map would be facilitating the experience of each people and the collectivity. I can imagine the EU as a wearable technology, a decentralized system of governance which foster participation between isolated agent acting as team player. 

It is what we started some years ago with @wolfgangsieberth on a smallscale while conceiving the DTR  (Digital Training Room) project with the support of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg at the occasion of the Re-wind seminar. From then, I have been developing the tool with the @globalschool participants under the codename: mapchanger.

And you can you see the evidence of this socio-technical revolution? The rise of interest for currencies probably means its collapse to a more ubiquitous meaning: Personal Value Transaction Equity Model. ( let say a matrix for ubiquitous exchange within the #gift-economy market)

<h1>Friendliability</h1>
Yes what I say can appear abstract. I mean more simply:

Blockchain have the quality to embbed any systematized capability system and integrate them in order to ensure self sustained capabilites with rewards. However, it also allow the tracability of two important values:
+ greed (RajivTranslate: satisfaction leading the learning process to a state of stagnation for a material enjoyment of acquisition demonstrating an unsatisfaction in terms of social and self recognition).
+ prosperity: (RajivTranslate: for self and others, enable a continuous learning process and a systematic recognition process demonstrating legitimation of scheme of learning and of field of experience by design).

<h2>Engine and fuel for a @solidarity world</h2>

The basic idea is to prototype what could replace companies or instituations to achieve more than these formats and in terms of outcomes regarding individual and collective quality of life, mental health, social participation, community empowerment, resilience and care in a near future.

<h1>Meeting vincent co founder of neomad.org</h1>
As you might know, nearly one month ago, with the help of my friend @wolfgangsieberth I finally launched @frameworks for its first phase of experimentation.

From the launch of @frameworks we already hosted nearly 30 guests coming from a dozen of countries.

2 @globalschool cycles with Photography students joining from Poland and last 2 weeks Business students joining from Czech Republic. 

Some days ago, @wolfgangsieberth announced me that we will ave the visit of Vincent, as I am not living all the time at @frameworks, I couldnt welcome him, however, yesterday arriving there, I finally get to meet our new guest.

French, born in Belgium in the city of Mons, Vincent is a digital nomade and co founder of notably Neomad.org. 

One of my goal is to find a good way to reward and motivate him to co-create the key logger system and the bridge with the steem and eos blockchain for ensuring the transactions for the collect and distribution of rewards to notably @ccommons.art, @globalschool, @silkroad40, @frameworks, @innovations, @workshops, @hackathons and @solidarity contributors.

Later on I will go to Hug Inn Vienna to make a last brainstorming with @manncpt before the communication control room team meeting planned before the departure of Philipe for his @silkroad40 adventure.

Little bit later Vincent will maybe join us to see together how to finalize a proposal for a plateform we will be developing during the 6 months trip of Philipe. Hope they and you will both like and support the #open-source project that will result!

Maybe I can convince @preinisch to also invest some SP to power @silkroad40, that would be awesome to make the travel, reporting as well as any community and creative projects you can imagine supported as much as possible!

If SnoopDog is making a talkshow, why not me? LOOL.... So, I'll need a lot of support to make the jump and co-host a #dlive serie and be in front of the camera (what I am still not sure, I am shy!!! :P). Something new for me as I am used to produce content for the television and video clips for my fashion industry & hiphop friends within the European Broadcasting Union (EBU, see Eurovision) and especially in Belgium and in France where I have been working in the past.
