The aim of @workshops is to help curate, promote, and act as an incubator for the gestation of community projects & services rewarding collectively mindful community learning experiences & contributions on the blockchain.

What kind of publications the @workshops collective will focus on?
- Accessible and documented open source for everyone
- Inspiring blockchain related creative activities
- Making the complex accessible, eg: excellent sciences dessimination
- Social impact experiences
- Online network learning experiences
- Offline network learning experiences
- Hybrid experiences (combining both offline and online experiences)
- Courses / Do It Yourself (DIY) / Guidelines / Tutorials / Trainings / Workshops
- Local and tour guides

<h1>How @workshops works? (Hops?)</h1>

<h2>Participatory curation</h2>
With the support of @ccommons.art &friends and @globalschool participants, the collective is looking for the bests quality community contributions in #workshop related categories. 

<h3>Role of the curators</h3>
Curators are cooperating to identify, evaluate and make available the current selection made by the collective within a simple list which can be published with a call for rating by the collective. Best rated posts by curators will be indicators of the available selection.

<h3>Role of the editors</h3>
Editors and/or writers are creating articles to promote selected contents available for distribution.

<h2>Community empowerment</h2>

<h3>Role of the mentors</h3>
Mentors @workshops initiators to create experience journey blueprints automatising the reward system and enabling the redistribution of @workshops rewards as well as its replication.

Selected entries by curators should not be promoting guru-like leadership, but real development of leadership without dogmatic kind of relation.

<h2>Promoting network learning enablers, facilitators and mentors</h2>
Learning contents on the blockchain should be accessible to everyone without limiting the accessibility of literacy/understanding of a group or another.

Mentors are invited to guide community members to improve their content without expressing  judgement.

<h2>Future of community empowerment</h2>
Well documented @workshops and their outcomes can be re-produced and become community services, sources of reward system generators, enablers of independent support to community requirements.

Why it is important to put system in place to ensure dreams, visions and goals to be achieved?
