El trabajar la zona media nos genera como resultado que necesitamos para el progreso de algún movimiento isométrico, sea plancha o Handstand.

I have taken the pleasure of doing a third part of this type of training, since it is a muscle that allows balance and body stability. Working the middle zone generates as a result we need for the progress of some isometric movement, be it plank or Handstand.
