With the scurching heat brought by sun and its stuffy effect, I believe to plunge into the cold **Beach** water is the best remedy to enjoy the heat and have fun under the sun.

**Suggestions :**

* **Basdaku Beach** - Municipality of Moalboal, Cebu Philippines
* **Lambug Beach**- Municipality of Badian, Cebu Philippines
* **Sayaw Beach**- Municipality of Barili, Cebu Philippines



**PS** There are also a lot of must visit beaches in **Lapu-Lapu City**. The suggested beaches are one of the beaches I have visited.

What is more cooler than the beach, is the flowing fresh water the **Falls**. Try to take a dip into a falls and you will feel how refreshing it is to swim in a stream of fresh water . Its not just the thirst that quench but also the hunger to replenish our monochromanic self out of the frying heat of the king sun.
