Back again with me Jodi Pamungkas on the blog of food and snack recipes that are very easy for you to make yourself at home without having to spend a lot of money and time. Thank you for those of you who have read and stopped by my previous post regarding the recipe for how to make banana fried bread that is very soft and easy for you to make. Happy Friday to all of you, I hope you are fine and there are no problems. Well, so this Friday I will share a recipe for donuts made from chocolate, previously I have also shared recipes about donuts but do not use chocolate. For those of you chocolate lovers, maybe you can save this recipe to be your snack idea tomorrow or this weekend. Intrigued by the recipe for chocolate donuts with this topping mixture, just look at the recipe below until it's finished and I hope you are interested in making this recipe. Good luck and I hope you like Hivers!  <center>photo by me</center> Well, the ingredients that you have to prepare or buy to make these chocolate donuts are very cheap and you can get them at the nearest supermarket in your house. The first thing you have to prepare to make chocolate donuts is chocolate bar, cocoa powder, margarine, yeast, eggs, flour, salt and sugar. For the chocolate donut topping, you can use melted chocolate with nuts and also finely chopped chocolate. Now, after you have prepared all the ingredients, let's start with the first step of making chocolate donuts.  <center>photo by me</center> The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a frying pan and put enough water into the pan, then prepare a place and put 2 tablespoons of margarine into the place, then melt the margarine using low heat while you stir so that the margarine melts quickly.  <center>photo by me</center> The second step, after you have melted the margarine, now all you have to do is move the melted margarine to another place, then add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar into the margarine and 100 ml of liquid milk, then stir again until the sugar is completely dissolved with the margarine.  <center>photo by me</center> The third step, after you have stirred until the sugar is dissolved, now add 2 egg yolks and half a tablespoon of yeast into the margarine, then stir until the yeast and egg yolks are well mixed.  <center>photo by me</center> The fourth step, after the yeast and egg yolks have been stirred until well mixed with the butter, now cover the place and let it rest for about 10 to 15 minutes so that the yeast works perfectly.  <center>photo by me</center> The fifth step, while the margarine dough is being allowed to stand for about 15 minutes, now prepare 1 place and put 17 tablespoons of wheat flour with high protein, then add one tablespoon of cocoa powder and half a teaspoon of salt. Then stir the mixture until everything is thoroughly mixed.  <center>photo by me</center> The sixth step, after the dough has been stirred until well blended, now add the margarine that you have left for 15 minutes into the dough. Then knead the dough until all is well mixed and the dough is soft or khalis.  <center>photo by me</center> The seventh step, after the dough is really soft and smooth like the photo above, now all you have to do is close the place and let the dough rest for about half an hour so that the dough doubles in size.  <center>photo by me</center> The eighth step, while the dough is being let stand for about half an hour, now prepare half a chocolate bar and cut it into several parts for the chocolate donut filling. You can use any type of chocolate bar, the more quality you use chocolate bars, the more delicious the taste of chocolate donuts.  <center>photo by me</center> The ninth step, after you have prepared the chocolate pieces, now prepare the parchment paper, then apply cooking oil on the parchment paper so that the dough does not stick. Then cut the dough into several pieces depending on the size you want.  <center>photo by me</center> The tenth step, after you have cut some parts of the dough, now take 1 dough and flatten the dough in the palm of your hand, then put 1 piece of chocolate that you prepared earlier. Then close the dough again tightly so that when it is fried the chocolate does not leak out. Repeat this step until all the dough is done.  <center>photo by me</center> The eleventh step, after you have filled all the dough with pieces of chocolate, now move all the dough that you have filled with chocolate into 1 place, then close the place and let it rest for about 30 minutes so that it expands more.  <center>photo by me</center> The last step, after the dough has been allowed to stand for 30 minutes until it slightly expands, now fry the donut dough one by one over low heat until it is brown and cooked. Repeat this step until all the donuts have been fried.  <center>photo by me</center> And after you fry, give some of the toppings that you prepared beforehand, first add melted chocolate on top of the donuts, then add nuts or chocochips, after that the chocolate donuts can be enjoyed with your family or friends. The taste is very good and the texture of the donuts is very soft, there are no hard and tough donuts, Ema and I really really like these donuts and want to sell them to my friends.
