yooo hello my fellow hivers and the entire hive community from all over the world wherever you are. Back again with me Jodi Pamungkas on the blog of recipes for food and snacks that are very easy for you to make at home. Happy Thursday to all of you and I hope you are all well. Thank you for those of you who have supported and stopped by my previous post regarding the recipe for how to make a very delicious and tender Banana Bolen cake. Today, I will make a snack that I have made before, but I made this Onde Onde a little different from yesterday, I use sesame seeds and stuffed nuts or chocolate. The way of making is very much different from the previous one. Want to know how to make this snack? just refer to the recipe below and good luck for those of you who want to try.

So, what materials do you have to prepare to make this Onde Onde? The ingredients you have to prepare are 1 chocolate bar with any brand, 2 potatoes, sesame seeds, salt, glutinous rice flour and the last one is warm water that has been mixed with sugar. That's all, very easy isn't it? everything is available at the nearest supermarket. Now we enter the first stage.

The first stage, what you have to do is peel the potatoes that you have prepared beforehand, then wash them until the potatoes are completely clean, then cut the potatoes into several pieces.

The second stage, prepare a pan and add enough clean water into the pan, then put all the potatoes that you have peeled and cleaned before. Boil the potatoes until they are completely cooked and mushy, about 10 minutes using medium heat.

The third stage, what you have to do is, prepare 2 small plates, first mash the potatoes that have been boiled previously, mash the potatoes until they are really smooth and become dough. Then cut the chocolate bars that you have prepared in advance.

The fourth stage, what you have to prepare is 1 place and pour 200 grams of white sticky rice and potatoes that have been boiled and mashed before, if you don't want to use potatoes, you can use 1 tablespoon of rice flour. Then stir the dough until completely mixed evenly and soft. I suggest using your hands to go faster.

The fifth stage, after you have stirred until evenly distributed, now add warm water that has been mixed with sugar into the previous place, the function of the warm water is to make the Onde Onde texture more chewy, pour warm water little by little. Then stir again by hand until evenly mixed and smooth.

Well, if you have stirred until the dough is really soft, you can see the photo above, the dough is really very soft and ready to be filled with chocolate or nuts. What do you think so far? very easy isn't it? for your snack today is very suitable and the way to make this snack is very easy. Now we move on to the next stage.

The sixth stage, take a little dough and place it in the palm of your hand like the photo above, then put the chocolate bar or peanut filling, you can use other fillings such as cheese, brown sugar and other fillings as you wish. Make it like this until all the dough is used up.

The seventh stage, after you have rounded and filled with chocolate or nuts, now prepare 1 plate and pour all the sesame seeds that you have prepared. Next, spread the dough onto a plate that has been filled with sesame seeds, mix it all over the dough until it is evenly distributed. Repeat the process until all the dough is used up.

Well, all the dough has been smeared with sesame seeds, I made the dough with 2 different sizes, you can also follow my steps or make all the same size. Now, all the dough that has been smeared with sesame seeds is ready to be fried.

The last stage, all you have to do is prepare a frying pan and pour enough cooking oil into the pan, then fry all the previous dough until it is brown in color. After you have fried everything, the Onde Onde filled with chocolate and nuts can be eaten and served. Ignore the dull frying pan because there is too much food already cooked in this pan, I hope I can buy a new skillet hahaha.

Finally, Onde Onde with sesame seeds filled with nuts and chocolate is ready to be eaten with your family or friends. Onde Onde skin is very soft and when you bite it, the chocolate melts in your mouth and the peanuts are very tasty when you roll them. You must try this snack and make it yourself at home.
