The key to receiving constructive criticism is finding people who are on your side, in whom you can trust, who is wise and will tell you the truth for your own benefit. Discerning who is there to build you up and not to tear you down is crucial.

And, then, *listen* to those people! Conside them your "advisory board." Ultimately, decisions you make are your sole responsibility, but successful people realize that they have neither perspective on everything, nor all the answers within themselves.
