# La Consulta Médica

Mi esposa @francysfiore está pasando por momentos no muy dulces con respecto a la salud, debe someterse a una intervención quirúrgica muy pronto, ya ella hablará sobre ese asunto en concreto y con los detalles de lo que está pasando. Como muchos sabemos, antes de someterse a una intervención quirúrgica se somete al paciente a una serie de exámenes y valoraciones para dar el visto bueno antes de entrar en quirófano, una de esas valoraciones o consultas fue la que realiza el médico internista para estudiar su funcionamiento cardiovascular, esta consulta es la que hemos pagado en HBD.


En este caso, el centro médico dispuesto a recibir HBD se encuentra en la ciudad de Cabudare, a tan solo unos pocos minutos de la ciudad de Barquisimeto Venezuela, ofreciendo diversas opciones en cuanto a los servicios de salud, como consultas en ginecología, obstetricia, medicina general, pediatría e incluso proyectando a futuro servicios de estética. Es un lugar bastante cómodo y acondicionado para prestar sus servicios de la mejor manera, donde cada especialidad es dirigida por buenos profesionales.

Esto me parece una excelente opción, tener la oportunidad de recibir incentivos por nuestra creación de contenido, curación, juegos, entre otras maneras de generar recompensas y que puedan utilizarse en algo tan importante como lo es la salud, propia o de nuestros familiares, sin dudas, me parece que la plataforma debe apuntar a captar comercios y servicios profesionales como este para que puedan aprovechar los beneficios de esta blockchain y para beneficio de sus usuarios.

Es el Doctor @anibalc, quien es esposo de mi prima (no tiene cuenta en Hive aún), pero que ambos dirigen este centro de salud al cual (no por ser familia) les recomiendo abiertamente a los Hivers que se encuentren en Barquisimeto, Cabudare o ciudades cercanas. 

Este doctor es relativamente nuevo en la plataforma de Hive, de hecho, en muchas ocasiones no dispone del tiempo para centrarse en crear contenido, sin embargo, ha observado en la red muchas ventajas, como el valor extra al HBD que en este caso particular se traduce en salud. Hemos conversado sobre los beneficios de la blokchain y la Web 3,  así que no ha dudado en aceptar los pagos de Hivers que deseen visitar el centro médico.

# Opinión 

###  Un Gran Futuro para el hive y HBD


Desde Barquisimeto @hiversbqto, hemos pensado en el potencial de las transacciones rápidas y sin comisiones que nos ofrece esta blockchain, por lo cual, beneficiaria tanto a Hivers como a los emprendedores el aceptar estas monedas. 


#### ¿Qué Ganan los emprendedores aceptando HBD? 


Puede ser una pregunta recurrente y mi opinión puede estar basada en dos aspectos importantes.

1. Un nuevo mercado: Sin dudas la tecnología juega hoy en día un papel fundamental en las ventas y el funcionamiento de cada negocio, entrar en un mercado nuevo, que no esté tan abarrotado de competencia, pero que al mismo tiempo, se tenga una comunidad que cada día crece a un ritmo acelerado, puede otorgar un beneficio interesante a mediano-largo plazo, además, de posicionarse rápidamente en este nuevo mercado.

2. El dinero: el cual es pagado automáticamente sin comisiones, sin la molestia de los bancos o puntos de ventas, acelerando el proceso, además, de que se es custodio del mismo, convirtiéndolo muy fácilmente en moneda nacional.

No es un secreto que en Venezuela hay una comunidad creciente de Hivers, incluir este tipo de servicios o productos que acepten HBD me parece un paso relevante para esta blockchain, por supuesto, llevando un enfoque responsable y seguro para todos los usuarios, sin embargo, la oportunidad se encuentra papable frente a los ojos de toda la comunidad, esa es mi humilde opinión.

# Conclusión


Siento que poco a poco Hive va siendo de más influencia en Venezuela y eso es necesario aprovecharlo para que el HBD y el hive puedan ser una opción de pago importante, fortaleciendo la blockchain y siendo atractiva para más inversores dentro y fuera de este país. Esperamos que en los próximos meses, tener varias opciones de comercios y servicios en el cual incluyan HBD como medio de pago, aunque parece un sueño, la sensación es que no se encuentra muy lejos esa realidad.

# The Medical Practice

My wife @francysfiore is going through some not so sweet times health wise, she is due to undergo surgery very soon, she will talk about that particular issue and with the details of what she is going through. As many of us know, before undergoing surgery the patient undergoes a series of examinations and assessments to give the go ahead before entering the operating theatre, one of these assessments or consultations was the one carried out by the internist to study her cardiovascular functioning, this consultation is the one we have paid for at HBD.

In this case, the medical centre willing to receive HBD is located in the city of Cabudare, just a few minutes from the city of Barquisimeto Venezuela, offering various options in terms of health services, such as consultations in gynecology, obstetrics, general medicine, pediatrics and even projecting future aesthetic services. ### A Great Future for hive and HBD

This may be a recurring question and my opinion may be based on two important aspects.
