Take a break.

Sometimes you just need to take a break,
So much going on,
 Can get too much to take.

So many people shouting in your face, 
Some shouting in disgrace, 
Sometimes we forget that others need their space, 
Time to spend with their families and closely embrace.

We are all human at the end of the day,
So why should people silence us when we go astray? 

Just Remember to  take a deep breath and smile,
As life only sticks around for a while,
Forget about the pressures... let them go,
So when life does come to an end,
You end on a high and not another low.

This poem is dedicated to the people that become caught up in their stressful work. I appreciate that work is a very important part of surviving but if time isn't found for yourself, life can become very difficult to bare . My message for this poem is to balance work and 'me time' . both  of which are required for that healthy lifestyle  we all yearn for.
