# I did the unthinkable today, again. I sold some Bitcoin Welp, I did what I told myself I would not do for another year or so, I sold some bitcoin. I sold some the other at $16,700 and thoroughly got my arse handed to me as bitcoin ripped higher pretty much ever since. So today, I decided I would double down on stupidity and sell a little more. This time selling at $17,900. The chart just looks too much like it needs a breather to me. Whether that breather is for a couple days or a couple weeks I am not sure, but it has basically been straight up since it started going up.  (Source: https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=USD-BTC) I want to be clear though, even after my two sells, I still have about 70% of my bitcoin position in tact. So, this was more of me just locking in some profits just in case. Overall, I think bitcoin is going to reach 6 figures next year so I shouldn't be in a hurry to sell any right now. My goal is to try and get just a little bit more bitcoin by locking in some overheated sells and timing some dip buys. You know, the essential greed play. With my luck this money will never get back in and bitcoin will just keep ripping. My charting eyes tell me we are due for a pullback though. Something about that $15k numbers looks inviting.
