Random Thoughts About LEO

The community has been alive over the past week since LEO introduced it's creator subscriptions...And in today's post, I'm going to break down why everyone that presses 'publish' on chain should be salivating at the opportunity here.

It all started with a Thread I posted earlier today...

The idea behind this Thread was once again my 'what if' factors. And I presented a few scenarios that should get small creators pretty excited about what's being offered on $LEO

So let's put this into practice and break down each step....

50 $HBD a month from attracting 10 subscribers. Now this may not happen overnight but once again the power of community comes into play. Right now, LEO is small. And while it's growing, it doesn't take much to get noticed there.

Game plan is simple....Show up, provide value, add to the community...You will get support. Which kind of leads into the next step in this game plan....While you may not get huge upvotes from the $HIVE community, LEO has always supported pretty much everyone on the platform.

Whales in LEO are a different breed. They want to see the token grow and wish that everyone generates as much as they can. Getting upvotes in LEO can get you to 50 HBD a month pretty quickly...If you add value every day and stick around!

Next up, is the by product of growing your LEO stake...You support those, who support you. Which means, you are curating the amazing members within LEO. Curation and things like delegations are the secret weapons on chain, and it's the truth on LEO as well.

So now you have 3 revenue streams coming in from the leader in true #web3 and that's just the starting point....

Remember, LEO is still a baby. And where do you think thing platform will be in a few years from now. Especially with the news coming out of the @dashpay camp and their integration with LEO.

What I *will* say about the Leo crew is that they are always trying something... so you get the impression they are *going places.*

The *idea* of subscriptions is cool, but I have to wonder whether there are enough content *consumers* relative to content *creators* to make it viable for more than a few people... I read *lots* of stuff every day, but the only content I *pay* for is a couple of artists via their Patreon...

Sometimes I think that we have to remember that most of these projects on the chain are very small teams.  Not everything will be perfect right now, but it' still so young in our discovery phase for this.
