Scientists estimate that these resolutions represent millions to billions of times more computing power than is currently available, it would take decades to achieve something similar, through normal logic advancement, but NVIDIA wants to advance much faster by combining various technologies, gpu-accelerated computing, deep learning and advances in neural networks informed by physics and supercomputing by artificial intelligence, along with large amounts of observed data and models to learn from, thus will emerge supercomputer earth 2 with the most advanced and detailed earth simulation ever.
