Hola querida comunidad, hoy día sábado de la semana, les traigo una deliciosa receta que me enseñó a hacer mi madre con una calabaza amarilla, llamada Auyama, ya que, nos regalaron una, que estaba bien grande y para no dejarla dañar se utilizó para hacer una deliciosa torta de Auyama con leche condensada.

# ¿Que es la Auyama? 

La Auyama es una hortaliza, de sabor dulce, se puede usar al horno, cocer al vapor, machacar y preparar bebidas, así como distintos platos, desde una crema pure, emplear en un risotto, usar como ingrediente para una rica salsa, hasta para hacer una torta o quesillo.

# Ingredientes para elaborar la torta, para preparar la cantidad de media kilo de torta:

• Auyama.
• Azúcar.
• Harina de trigo.
• leche líquida.
• leche condensada.
• huevos.


> # Ingredients to make the cake, to prepare the amount of half a kilo of cake:

> • Auyama.
• Sugar.
• Wheat flour.
• fluid milk.
• condensed milk.
• eggs.

# Pasos para elaborar la torta de auyama con leche condensada:

> # Steps to make the pumpkin cake with condensed milk:

• Primero limpiamos la Auyama, quitamos la concha, quitamos las pepas, picamos en cuadritos y ponemos a hervir en un recipiente hasta que quede bien cocido, para poder licuar.


 > • First we clean the Auyama, remove the shell, remove the seeds, dice and boil in a container until well cooked, to be able to blend.</p></div>

• Una ves cocido, la agregamos a la licuadora para empezar a mezclar, agregamos un litro de leche liquida.

• Agregamos 8 huevos a la licuadora, lo mezclamos con la mezcla anterior.

• Agregamos azúcar y vamos probando la mezcla hasta que que quede al punto y agregamos medio pote de leche condensada.

• poco a poco agregamos cucharadas de harina de trigo, hasta obtener una mezcla gruesa para nuestra deliciosa receta de torta de auyama.

• En un molde agregamos mantequilla y harina para que la torta no se nos pegue, y agregamos la mezcla al molde, ahora sí está lista para llevarla al horno.

• Dejamos una hora y sacamos del horno y agregamos la otra mitad del pote de leche condensada, volvemos a meter la torta al horno pero ya apagado y dejamos al puro calor, 10min y sacamos la torta dejamos reposar y ahora sí a disfrutar nuestra deliciosa torta. Espero les guste.

Cabe destacar que, es una de mis tortas favoritas, disfrute mucho haciéndola, otra de mis tortas de mi preferencia es la torta de queso y la de tres leches, la Auyama tiene grandes beneficios, es un gran alcalinizante para la sangre, debido a que contribuye a liberar el ácido úrico, y a liberar la circulación en todo el organismos.
