<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Bueno amigos esta rutina solo tiene 5 ejercicios los cuales son bastante bueno. En el ejercicio número 1 los crunch de levitación es un movimiento muy simple y pequeño cuando se realiza correctamente todos tú objetivos deben ser levantar los omoplatos del suelo muy seguido las personas quieren realizar los crunch tratando de llegar su cabeza a las rodillas pensando que harán más, ese no es rango de los abdominales solo necesitas levantar los omoplatos.<center><h1></h1></center></div>

In exercise number 1 the levitation crunch is a very simple and small movement when performed correctly all your goals should be to lift your shoulder blades off the ground very often people want to perform the crunches trying to get their head to their knees thinking they will do more, that's not the range of the crunches you just need to lift your shoulder blades.<center><h1></h1></center></div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Sabiendo que los crunch de levitación son buenos para la parte superior del abdomen, el ejercicio número 2 los deslizantes es excelente para la parte inferior y solo tienes levantar la pelvis del suelo, y colocar las manos de bajo para saber que estás levantando lo suficiente para lograr una buena concentración al momento de realizarlos.<center><h1></h1></center></div>

Recuerda mantener una buena postura al momento de realizarlos, y recuerda si podemos superponer ejercicios, tenemos un mejor ejercicio.<center><h1></h1></center></div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Ejercicio número 4, si no te gustan las planchas esta es mucho más difícil que las plancha convencional, y solo tenemos que colocar tus codos adelante, este ejercicio es tan eficiente que te permite activar 6 veces más que una plancha normal, solo bastarán unos cuantos segundo para que tu abdomen empiece a arder.<center><h1></h1></center></div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">Exercise number 4, if you don't like planks this one is much more difficult than the conventional plank, and we only have to place your elbows forward, this exercise is so efficient that it allows you to activate 6 times more than a normal plank, it will only take a few seconds for your abdomen to start burning.<center><h1></h1></center></div>
