Hola queridos amigos de #plantpower vegan , deseo que todos estén bien.
**Quiero mostrar como prepara una deliciosa comida vegana,fácil de hacer y en pocos minutos: nutritivas panquecas de papa con chocolate , adornada con chocolate líquido y pasitas. ¡Demasiado bueno!😋😋**

#### Ingredientes para la preparación de la deliciosa comida vegana, panquecas de papa con chocolate:

- 1 papa grande.
- 1 pedazo de chocolate.
- 100 gramos de azúcar.
- 100 gramos de harina d trigo.
- 1 cucharada de maicena.
- 80 ml de aceite.
- 50 gramos de pasitas.

#### Preparación de las panquecas de papa con chocolate:

- Lavar la papa con abundante agua para quitar la concha , picar en trocitos, colocar una olla con agua en la candela con los pedazos de papa para sancochar, estará listo cuando se ablanden.

- Picar el pedazo de chocolate y colocar en una olla en la candela para derretir, agrega azúcar, cuando se haya derretido colocá la maicena diluida en un vasito con agua, baja la llama y con cuidado vas meneando para que no se pegue. Si se puso espeso apagar y bajar de la candela.

- Después de sancochada la papa procedemos a triturar con un tenedor , agregar un poco de chocolate líquido, harina de trigo  y mezclar , ya lista la mezcla , colocar una plancha en la candela para poner las panquecas.

- Con la cuchara vas colocando en la plancha y estirando tratando de que quede redondas las panquecas sino quedan no importa ellas son de forma irregular. 
- Voltear y esperar a que se doren por ambos lados y ya.
- Adornar con chocolate y las pasitas.

#### Ingredients for the preparation of the delicious vegan meal, chocolate potato pancakes:

- 1 large potato.
- 1 piece of chocolate.
- 100 grams of sugar.
- 100 grams of wheat flour.
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch.

#### Preparation of the potato pancakes with chocolate:
