Pues les daré una pequeña explicación antes de empezar, sabemos que en muchas ocasiones a la hora de querer hacer hipertrofia muscular hacemos ejercicios más pausados y con aguante, pero en cambio cuando hacemos fuerza, hacemos ejercicios de explosividad máxima pero con una cantidad de repeticiones no tan alterada conjuntamente con menor descanso a la hora de pasar entre series y ejercicios, a continuación les dejaré cuales son los ejercicios con un contenido fotográfico el cual pueden ver la ejecución de los ejercicios, cualquier duda estaré atento a sus comentarios. Cabe destacar que ya sabemos cómo es la mecánica de un circuito, hacer los ejercicios seguidos con un pequeño descanso para luego hacer las otras vueltas o series del circuito las cuales serían de 3 a 4 vueltas/series de este.</div> <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">Hello #Hive and colleagues of the <a href="https://hive.blog/trending/hive-108943" > Street Workout Community </a></a>I hope you are having a very nice and rewarding afternoon, I come to bring you a new basic circuit, but this time at advanced levels, as it contains a greater number of exercises but keeping the repetitions, it should be noted that this circuit helps us to improve strength and endurance. You may wonder why? Well I will give you a little explanation before we start, we know that in many occasions when we want to do muscular hypertrophy we do slower exercises and with endurance, but instead when we do strength, we do exercises of maximum explosiveness but with an amount of repetitions not so altered together with less rest when passing between series and exercises, then I will leave you which are the exercises with a photographic content which you can see the execution of the exercises, any questions I will be attentive to your comments.
