Tanto asi que comence a soñar y a jugar con la idea de crear mi receta. Despues de unos dias de pensar, di con lo que creo ha sido la mejor ocurrencia que he tenido en años... Damas y caballeros, he sacado una receta del horno cuántico, no estoy muy seguro que tan "Wild edibles" sea esto que les voy a decir pero es que estoy seguro que ninguno de ustedes cuenta con este **Pokemón** en sus **barajitas**

Inspirado por el post de @auelitairene sobre los [gusanos comestibles del amazonas](https://peakd.com/hive-120078/@auelitairene/wild-edibles-challenge-worms-for-dinner-eng-esp) donde menciona las **cachapas**, pensé:

es mentira, lo que se me ha venido a la barriga, al corazón y a la mente fue una **cachapa de remolacha...** de solo pensar la rica combinación dulce + dulce entre Remolacha y Maíz logró en mi un despertar espiritual.

La energía recibida tras el impacto me hizo de repente entender todo, ahora estaba muy claro para mi lo que decian los libros de metafísica sobre ¨al avanzar uno avanza toda la humanidad¨

Bueno, quizá estoy siendo muy dramatico pero vayamos al grano, literalmente, pues antes de ahondarnos en nuestra receta de **Cachapas de Remolacha** debemos explicarles a la mayoría en el globo terraqueo que rayos es una **Cachapa**

La cachapa es un producto derivado del maíz, segun la mitología criolla, era el alimento del Dios Apolo, a quien a su vez, tambien le daban teteros de Fororo y Peto, pero eso es otra historia e igual, si no la han probado para qué les voy a tratar de explicar semejante tetrada mayor septima llena de color... el punto es que la Cachapa, así como la Arepa, es un alimento de los Dioses que todos deberían conocer.

The cachapa is a product derived from the corn, according to the Creole mythology, it was the food of the God Apollo,  also he was feed with  teapots of Fororo and Peto, but that is another history. the point is that the Cachapa, as well as the Arepa, is a food of the Gods that all should know.

el primer paso es trocear la remolacha y el maiz, son los ingredientes principales de nuestra receta, el maiz debe estar blando, lo obtuve en un camion qué trae sus productos desde tachira, otro estado de Venezuela.

>> the first step is to cut the beet and corn, they are the main ingredients of our recipe, the corn must be soft, I obtained it in a truck that brings its products from Tachira, another state of Venezuela.

luego al tener Los trozos de remolacha y Los granos de maiz lo ponemos a procesar.

Si no tenemos procesador disponible entonces podemos usar una licuadora, como tuve que hacer luego yo para poder darle forma homogénea a la mezcla.

>> If we don't have a processor available then we can use a blender, as I had to do later in order to give the mixture a homogeneous shape.

para licuar agregamos agregamos agua hasta obtener una mezcla producto de maíz, agua y remolacha, agregamos sal y papelon al gusto.

>> To blend, add water until a mixture of corn, water and beets is obtained, add salt and paper to taste.

al final obtendremos una mezcla rosada y dulce como el maíz y la remolacha, que son como el Chino y Nacho; o el Wisin y Yandel de los vegetales

para acompañar podemos utilizar tomate y cilantro, ya estaría lista para la cena, o el almuerzo... o el desayuno.
