Welcome to this initiative created by the CINETV community, I am a person who likes to watch movies and series, there is a great variety of them, I have always liked action and horror movies, but for this initiative I think I will take another direction and say that the best use of a song in a movie was the song "Unchained Melody" from the movie Ghost.
This song is really old I was researching and it was written by Alex North with lyrics by Hy Zaret for the 1955 movie Unchained, and it has had several versions, but if I have to choose one it would be without a doubt the version recorded by the Righteous Brothers in 1965, same version that was incorporated for the movie Ghost, the lyrics of this one tell us about a love that goes through a stage of doubts in the couple and the protagonist asks his beloved if she still loves him, since he does, and he is hungry for that love that claims to be sent by God himself, but it seems more like an unrequited or platonic love in my opinion.

Bienvenidos a esta Iniciativa creada por la comunidad de CINETV, yo soy una persona que le gusta ver películas y series, hay una gran variedad de ellas, a mí siempre me han gustado las películas de acción y terror, pero para esta iniciativa creo que tomaré otro rumbo y dire que el mejor uso de una canción en una película fue la canción "Unchained Melody" de la película Ghost
Esta canción es realmente antigua estuve investigando y fue escrita por Alex North con letras de Hy Zaret para la película de 1955 Unchained, y ha tenido varias versiones, pero si tengo que escoger una seria sin duda la versión que grabaron el grupo Righteous Brothers en 1965, misma versión que fue incorporada para la película Ghost, la letra de esta nos habla de un amor que atraviesa una etapa de dudas en la pareja y el protagonista le pregunta a su amada si todavía le ama, ya que él sí, y está hambriento de ese amor que clama que está enviado por el mismo Dios, más pareciera como un amor no correspondió o platónico a mi parecer.

For me, this movie is good, but it is not one of the best ever created, and I apologize to the fans, but I have to say that it has its own personality and does not fall into oblivion as most of the romantic movies that appear nowadays do. The stories we are told nowadays are all very monotonous. In the case of Ghost, it deals with the romantic genre with a touch of drama and romance through a theme attractive to the audience such as death and life after death.
It is likely that one of the reasons that this film was recorded in our memories, is thanks to its soundtrack, both the song "Unchained Melody" as its melody and instrumental, with those notes of piano and drums, supported by a string section, give it in my opinion a spectacular touch to the lyrics, and also got the mud scene as one of the most iconic in the history of cinema, so in conclusion I have to say that this song is just perfect for the movie, because if you pay attention to the lyrics is so integrated to the plot that is as if the movie is based on the song, it's awesome, I hope you liked my contribution.

Para mí, esta película es buena, pero tampoco es de las mejores que se hayan creado, y me disculpan los fanáticos, pero si tengo que afirmar que tiene su propia personalidad y no cae en el olvido como lo hacen la mayoría de las películas románticas que aparecen hoy en día. Las historias que nos cuentan en la actualidad son todas muy monótonas. En el caso de Ghost, trata el género romántico con un toque de drama y romanticismo a través de un tema atractivo para el público como es la muerte y la vida tras la muerte.
Es probable que una de las causas de que esta película quedó grabada en nuestras memorias, es gracias a su banda sonora, tanto la canción “Unchained Melody” como su melodía y el instrumental, con esas notas de piano y batería, apoyado de una sección de cuerda, le dan a mi parecer un toque espectacular a la letra, y además consiguió que la escena del barro pasara como una de las más icónicas en la historia del cine, así que en conclusión tengo que decir que esta canción es simplemente perfecta para la película, porque si le prestas atención a la letra está tan integrada a la trama que es como si la película está basada en la canción, es impresionante, espero le haya gustado mi aporte.
